Redeem KTC FOREVER points for GrabFood discount code via KTC Mobile for KTC VISA credit card

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points redemption for GrabFood discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC VISA credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) with KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile App”) during November 1st, 2025 – December 14th , 2025 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC Mastercard credit card, all types of KTC JCB credit card, all types of KTC UNIONPAY credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC VISA SME COMMERCIAL, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. Cardmembers’ points will be automatically deducted from cardmembers' credit card accounts used for redemption in the specified amount.
4. KTC reserves the right to grant special privileges under this promotion to cardmembers who redeem KTC FOREVER points for the discount code via the KTC Mobile app according to specified conditions only.
5. The cardmembers may redeem the following discount code for ordering GrabFood via Grab Application with specified conditions, redeem 499 KTC FOREVER to receive a discount code value 100 Baht for minimum spending of 300 Baht.
6. The e-Coupon will be expired within 15 days after redemption date
7. Discount codes can be used until its validity (Check in KTC Mobile App)
8. In the case that the cardmembers have not used the discount codes within the specified period, KTC will consider the cardmembers disclaim the mentioned discount codes.
9. In case of cancelled or incomplete orders, discount code cannot be refunded in any case.
10. In case KTC FOREVER points have successfully redeemed, it could not be cancelled, changed, or refund in any case.

Terms and Conditions for GrabFood discount usage

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC VISA credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have registered to KTC Mobile application and use e-Coupon at participating stores during 01/11/2025 - 14/12/2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. 1 Code can be use per order,  the code cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion code (except for Free Delivery for GrabUnlimited member). The code cannot be used for Pick up service, Dine Out Deals, and Order For Later.
3. The cardmembers may redeem the following discount code for ordering GrabFood via Grab Application with specified conditions, redeem 499 KTC FOREVER to receive a discount code value 100 Baht for minimum spending of 300 Baht.
4. Consumers must fill in the code which is redeemed from KTC Mobile application and choose GrabPay as a payment method using a KTC VISA Credit Card before placing the food order.
5. Eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.
6. The e-Coupon will be expired within 15 days after redemption date
7. Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service area in Thailand only.
8. Promotional offers cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
9. Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the consumer agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next order.
10. Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or promotion usage if the system or application faces any error or if the consumer account got suspended, without providing compensation and prior notification
11. In case KTC FOREVER points have successfully redeemed, it could not be cancelled, changed, or refund in any case.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
