Promotion Online Privilege at GrabFood - Dinner with KTC VISA Credit Cards

Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount)

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC VISA credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Nov 25 – 31 Dec 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC MASTERCARD, JCB, UNIONPAY. 
3. The cardmembers who spend on GrabFood via Grab mobile application with all types of KTC VISA credit card at the minimum of 500 Baht per transaction (exclude delivery fee) will get 80 Baht instant discount on the original price of goods/services purchased, when input discount code KTCVFDIN in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using a KTC VISA Credit Card before placing the food order.
4. The promo code is valid from 5.00 PM - 11.59 PM from 1 November 2025 to 31 December 2025 or until redemptions last.
5. Limited to 2 redemptions per consumer per month.
6. Limited to 70 redemptions per day during 1 November 2025 to 30 November 2025 and limited to 68 redemptions per day during 1 December 2025 to 31 December 2025 and limited to 2,100 redemptions per month.
7. Eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.
8. Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service area in Thailand only.
9. Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions and cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
10. Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the consumer agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next order
11. Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or promotion usage if the system or application faces any error or if the consumer account got suspended, without providing compensation and prior notification.
12. In case of cancelled or incomplete orders, discount code cannot be refunded in any case.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
