GrabFood Promotion:  Get discount up to 80 Baht for KTC VISA credit card only

Terms and conditions for NEW USER

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC VISA credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at Grab  on April 1st, 2025 – February 28th , 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC MASTERCARD, JCB, UNIONPAY.
3. The cardmembers who spend at Grab Mobile Application by chosing GrabPay as payment method using KTC VISA credit card for the first time, cardmembers will get a 80 Baht discount on GrabFood order with a minimum spending of 350 Baht/ transaction (exclude delivery fee) apply code >> “KTCVNEW”
4. Limited to 1 redemption per cardmember
5. Limited to 2,200 redemptions throughout the campaign period
6. Eligible for merchants without ‘Non-Partner’ tag on GrabFood.
7. Promotion applies to GrabFood orders within the service area in Thailand only.
8. Inapplicable with 'order for later' (scheduled orders) 'dine-in' and 'self-pick up' service.
9. Promotional offers can be combined with other discount codes with conditions specified by Grab
10. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
11. Cardmember agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the consumer agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next ride
12. Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or promotion usage if the system or application faces any error or if the consumer account got suspended, without providing compensation and prior notification.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
