Remark:
1. Members can use 1 code for spending via the card at participating restaurants only or only GP restaurants and restaurants participating in the discount campaign. The minimum spending requirement (not include delivery fee).
2. Consumers must fill a code which is redeemed from KTC Mobile and must be purchased with KTC credit card
3. In the event that there is a difference in value after the discount, members must pay the difference with the same card that the points were used to redeem the discount.
4. This discount code can only be used with the LINEMAN application in the "Food Order" service provided in Thailand.
5. The company is not responsible for the difference in the discount that is not used in full and the difference cannot be kept for use in other orders.
6. Other conditions not specified in this list are determined by the store/seller/service provider. Please check the conditions before purchasing products/services.
7. In case KTC FOREVER points have successfully redeemed, it could not be cancelled, changed, or refund in any case.
Minimum spending of each code is equal to the value of the code.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption via KTC Mobile App

This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) with KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile app”) during February 1st, 2025 – July 31st, 2025 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
The following cards are not eligible for this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, all types of KTC COMMERCIAL, all types of KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
The cardmembers may redeem at the following details for LINE MAN Food service at LINE MAN Mobile Application with specified conditions only.

Redeem 399 KTC FOREVER to receive a discount code valued 50 Baht for minimum order 200 Baht (exclude delivery fee)
Redeem 899 KTC FOREVER to receive a discount code valued 150 Baht for minimum order 400 Baht (exclude delivery fee)

Unlimited redemptions per member, except for the 150 THB discount code, which is limited to 5 redemptions per card member during campaign period
Cardmembers’ points will be automatically deducted from cardmembers' credit card accounts used for redemption in the specified amount.
KTC reserves the right to grant special privileges under this promotion to cardmembers who redeem KTC FOREVER points for the discount code via the KTC Mobile app according to specified conditions only.
e-Coupon will expire within 15 days after redemption date
Discount codes can be used until its validity (Check in KTC Mobile App)
In the case that the cardmembers have not used the discount codes within the specified period, KTC will consider the cardmembers disclaim the mentioned discount codes.
In case of cancelled or incomplete orders, discount code cannot be refunded in any case.
In case KTC FOREVER points have successfully redeemed, it could not be cancelled, changed, or refund in any case.

Terms and Conditions for LINE MAN Discount usage

Members can use 1 code for spending via the card at participating restaurants only or only GP restaurants and restaurants participating in the discount campaign. The minimum spending requirement (not include delivery fee).
This discount code can only be used with the LINEMAN application in the "Food Order" service provided in Thailand.
Limit 8,400 redemptions during campaign period.
Promotional offers cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
Consumer agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the consumer agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next ride
After confirming the use of the coupon, if it is not used according to the specified conditions, it will be considered a waiver of rights and the company reserves the right not to compensate in any case.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
