Terms and Conditions for Using KTC FOREVER Points for 10% Cashback at Participating Restaurants

1. This promotional campaign ("Promotion") is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer a 10% cashback to members of KTC - KRUNGTHAI PRIVATE BANKING VISA INFINITE / KTC - KRUNGTHAI PRIVATE BANKING / KTC - KRUNGTHAI PRECIOUS+ / KTC - KTB PRECIOUS PLUS VISA SIGNATURE /  KTC - KRUNGTHAI ICONIC / KTC - KTB PRECIOUS VISA SIGNATURE credit card. ("Members") who have KTC FOREVER points ("Points") and spend using their card at participating restaurants during February 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025 ("Promotion Period") according to the specified conditions only.
2. Members must register by sending an SMS with "DN1" followed by a space and then the 16-digit card number to 0613845000 (SMS service charges depend on the network provider) or register via the website www.ktc.co.th/dn1 on the day of the card transaction. Members must receive a confirmation message from KTC to be eligible for this Promotion.
3. If Members register for the Promotion more than once, KTC will only recognize the first successful registration.
4. The Promotion is limited to 1 card per Member throughout the Promotion Period.
5. If Members cancel the card participating in the Promotion for any reason, KTC will consider that the Members have forfeited the right to participate in this Promotion.
6. Members who spend using their card can redeem Points equal to the transaction amount per sales slip to receive a 10% cashback. KTC will credit the cashback to the member's card account within 60 days from the last day of the transaction month.
7. When calculating the number of Points for redemption under this Promotion, if the transaction amount per sales slip has satang (cents), KTC will round up to the nearest baht.
8. his privilege is reserved for payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only, and the transaction amount cannot be split into multiple sales slips to receive benefits under this Promotion.

Terms and Conditions for Additional Cashback of Up to 8%

1. These privileges are exclusively reserved for Krungthai Private Banking / Krungthai Precious+ / Krungthai Iconic customers who maintain assets as specified by the Bank. These privileges cannot be transferred or assigned to others.
2. For Dining Privileges, the customers who spend using KTC - KRUNGTHAI PRIVATE BANKING VISA INFINITE / KTC - KRUNGTHAI PRIVATE BANKING / KTC - KRUNGTHAI PRECIOUS+ / KTC - KTB PRECIOUS PLUS VISA SIGNATURE / KTC - KRUNGTHAI ICONIC / KTC - KTB PRECIOUS VISA SIGNATURE credit card (primary card only) at participating restaurants can register to redeem KTC FOREVER points on the day of the card transaction according to conditions specified by KTC from February 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 ("Promotion Period"). By redeeming KTC FOREVER points equal to the transaction amount per sales slip, customers will receive a 10% cashback and additional cashback (applicable only for spending at participating merchants as specified by the bank) throughout the Promotional Period, according to the following rates and conditions:

3. KTC will credit the cashback to the customer's credit card account within 60 days from the last day of the transaction month.
4. Cashback Calculation Examples :
   For Krungthai Private Banking customers,
   
   • When redeeming KTC FOREVER points equal to the transaction amount per sales slip of 5,555 THB, you will receive a 10% cashback = 555.50 THB and an additional 8% cashback = 444 THB.
   • When redeeming KTC FOREVER points equal to the transaction amount per sales slip of 8,000 THB, you will receive a 10% cashback = 800 THB and an additional 8% cashback = 444 THB (the additional cashback is limited to a maximum of 444 THB per redemption).
5. If a customer redeems points for more than one transaction on the same day, the cashback credit will be calculated based on the spending transaction that occurred first.
6. These privileges cannot be exchanged, transferred, converted to cash, or used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
7. The Bank reserves the right to modify, change, or add conditions and/or cancel these privileges, either in whole or in part, including replacing it with benefits of similar or equivalent value. The Bank will announce or notify customers 15 days in advance before implementation through the Bank's website or other channels as specified by the Bank. However, in cases where customers do not lose any benefits, the Bank may not be required to announce or notify customers in advance. In case of any disputes or controversies related to these privileges, the Bank's decision shall be final.
8. Other criteria and conditions for granting privileges under this promotion are as specified by the Bank and KTC.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
