Terms and Conditions of the “Redeem KTC FOREVER Points to Pay for Products/Services Instead of Cash” Program

1. This promotion (“Program”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide privileges to KTC credit card members (“Members”) who have KTC FOREVER Points (“Points”) and spend via the card at all MO-MO-PARADISE and MO-MO-PARADISE (GOLD) branches during 1 March 2025 - 31 August 2025 (“Program Period”) in accordance with the specified conditions only.
2. The right is reserved to exclude members of all types of KTC CASH BACK credit cards, KTC - National Blood Center, Thai Red Cross Society, KTC VISA CORPORATE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS, and KTC cards for government agencies from participating in this program.
3. Members who spend via the card can use 1,000 points to pay for the products/services in the amount of 100 baht instead of cash or in accordance with the specified conditions.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
