The Foundation of Asia-Pacific Development Center on Disability (APCD Foundation) aims to empower persons with disabilities as agents of change and to promote an inclusive, barrier-free, and rights-based society, especially for Disability-Inclusive Business (DIB). APCD collaborated with governments, non-government organizations, communities, and business organizations at the domestic and international levels to integrate persons with disabilities into an inclusive society.
