Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cashback

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD UNIONPAY/ MASTERCARD cash card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 25 October 2025 - 31 December 2025 according to the specified terms and conditions only.   
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text 15, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number # and point amount to redeem to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately. 
5. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
6. The cardmembers who spend with card at every 500 Baht may redeem every 500 KTC FOREVER points to receive credit Cash Back in accordance with specified conditions only.
7. In the case that spending amount per sales slip have Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC Points redemption for a credit Cash Back under this promotion.
8. Cash Back granting will be calculated based on the spending amount which can be divided by 500 into a full number only, at the rate of, for every 500 Baht of spending amount, receive 15% Cash Back which will be credited to the first successful registered KTC Credit Card.
9. KTC cardmembers must have remaining KTC points in the participating Credit Card account on the day where the points calculation is conducted by KTC more than or equal to the accumulated points which are eligible to redeem for Cash Back in order to receive Cash Back under the promotion campaign
10. KTC cardmembers who wish to transfer KTC points from any other KTC Credit Cards to the registered KTC Credit Card to get cash back under the promotion campaign must complete such transfer within the last calendar day of each month during the promotional period (1 Jan 2025, … , 30 Jun 2025).
11. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
12. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit Cast Back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day and will also calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction. The calculation will be processed on a monthly basis until the end of the promotion under KTC’s determined terms and conditions.
13. KTC will credit a credit Cash Back into the cardmember’s Credit Card account within 60 days after (1 Jan 2025, … , 30 Jun 2025).

0.69% interest installment Payment via KTC PHONE with KTC Card plan terms and condition

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who pay for the specified goods/services through card at participating stores during  25 October 2025 - 31 December 2025  (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. Cardmembers who wish to convert the purchased transaction to an interest rate of 0.69% per month (Flat Rate), with a choice of installment periods ranging from 3 to 10 months. are required to register at KTC PHONE at 02 123 5000 on the purchased date only. The conversion of the Flat Rate into the equivalent Effective Rate is as follows

4. The 0.74% interest Installment payment is for the payment of goods/services that participate in this promotion and have a minimum amount of 3,000 Baht according to specified conditions only.  Allow to collect the purchase(s) on the same day that have purchased amount more than 500 Baht/purchase

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
