Terms and Conditions for Get Free Gift Voucher

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC Credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC Credit Card (“a card/cards”) at participating Institute in MBK Center, The Nine Rama 9 and Paradise Park during 18 Sep 2025 - 31 Oct 25 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. The cardmembers who have spent with the card according to specified conditions, cardmembers will get privileges as follows:

   • Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.

Terms and Conditions for Redeem 12% Cashback

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD UNIONPAY/ MASTERCARD cash card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating Institute during 18 September 2025 - 31 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.   
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card. and KTC PROUD all types. 
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text E12, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number follow by # and point amount to redeem to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately. 
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 500 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to redeem using every 500 KTC FOREVER points.  KTC Points at the amount equivalent to the purchase amount per sales slip for cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
8. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht. 
9. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
10. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month . In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month/Promotion (as the case maybe).
11. Cash back offering hereunder is up to 1 card number/1 cardmember only throughout the Promotion Period.

Terms and condition for 0.69% installment Payment via KTC PHONE

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who make payments for goods/services with KTC credit card (“card”) at participating Institute during 18 September 2025 - 31 October 2025  (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The by PHONE 0.69% Installment payment with KTC Card plan 3, 6, 10 months is for the payment of goods/services that participate in this promotion and have a minimum amount of 3,000 Baht according to specified conditions only.  Allow to collect the purchase(s) on the same day that have purchased amount more than 500 Baht/purchase.
4. The cardmembers who wish to convert the purchased transaction to 0.69% Installment payment with KTC card plan 3, 6, 10 months under this promotion are required to register at KTC PHONE at 02 123 5000 on transaction date only.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
