1.  This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC Credit Card (“a card/cards”) at participating branch of The Best English during 15 November 2025 - 31 December 2025 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only. 
2. The cardmembers who have spent with the card according to specified conditions, cardmembers will get privileges as follows:: - 
   - Get 50% discount on selected courses.
   - The privileges cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion. 
   - The privileges cannot be transferred, refunded or exchange for cash in any case. 
   - Term and conditions are as specified by The Best English.  
3. If you need more information, please contact The Best English. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay  for the difference with the same card only. 

Redeem 15% Cashback Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges Cash Back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating branch of  The Best English during 15 November 2025 - 31 December 2025 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC ROYAL ORCHID PLUS all types, KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit Cash Back under this promotion are required to make a registration by each purchased by sending a SMS, type E15 space following by 16-digit credit card number,  # and amount of redeemed points and send to 061 384 5000 (3 Baht/time), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. In the case that any KTC cardmember holds more than 1 KTC credit cards (“Card”) which participate in the promotion campaign under the same cardholder’s name, KTC will consider the transaction from each credit card and will calculate Cash Back based on those transaction(s) and deduct KTC points of each successful registered KTC credit card.
5. In the case that any KTC cardmembers cancel any participating KTC credit cards regardless any reason, KTC will consider that such KTC cardmembers disclaim their participation under the promotion campaign.  
6. The cardmembers who spend with card at every 500 Baht may redeem every 500 KTC Points to receive credit Cash Back in accordance with specified conditions only.
7. In the case that spending amount per sales slip have Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC Points redemption for a credit Cash Back under this promotion.
8. Cash Back granting will be calculated based on the spending amount which can be divided by 500into a full number only, at the rate of, for every 500 Bahtof spending amount, receive up to 15%Cash Back which will be credited to each credit card account.
9. KTC cardmembers must have remaining KTC points in the participating credit card account on the day where the points calculation is conducted by KTC more than or equal to the accumulated points which are eligible to redeem for Cash Back in order to receive Cash Back under the promotion campaign
10. KTC cardmembers who wish to transfer KTC points from any other KTC credit cards to the registered KTC credit card to get Cash Back under the promotion campaign must complete such transfer within the last calendar day of each month during the promotional period (30 November 2025, 31 December 2025).
11. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
12. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit Cast Back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day and will also calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction. The calculation will be processed on a monthly basis until the end of the promotion under KTC’s determined terms and conditions.
13. KTC will credit a credit Cash Back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after (30 November 2025, 31 December 2025). (“Promotional Period”).

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
