Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1. This promotional offer (“Offer”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC) to provide benefits to KTC credit card members (“Members”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“Points”) and spend using their cards between May 10, 2026 – January 31, 2027 (“Offer Period”) subject to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit cards, all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - National Blood Centre, Thai Red Cross Society, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC cards for government agencies, and KTC PROUD cash cards from participating in this offer.
3. Members must register by sending an SMS message with the text CWS followed by a space and their 16-digit card number to 0613845000 (SMS charges depend on the network provider) or register via the KTC website. Members must receive a confirmation message from KTC. Therefore, you will be eligible to participate in this program.
4. If a member registers for the program more than once, KTC will only consider the first successful registration.
5. If a member cancels a participating card for any reason, KTC will consider the member to have forfeited their right to participate in this program.
6. Members who make purchases through their card to pay for monthly subscriptions will be able to redeem points for cashback according to the specified conditions.
7. This offer is reserved only for payments for goods/services per 1 sales slip, and it is not possible to split the spending into multiple sales slips to receive the benefits of this program.
8. KTC will credit the cashback to the member's card account within 60 days from the last day of each calendar month. KTC will calculate the spending amount from the first day the member successfully registers for the program until the last day of the month/program.
9. Register once throughout the program and receive cash back for all transactions for 6 months from the month of successful registration. KTC will deduct KTC FOREVER points equal to the subscription payment amount and credit the cashback to the member's card account within 60 days from the last day of the month in which the payment is made. If there is no payment deduction or point redemption in any given billing cycle, KTC will not provide cashback credit for that month.

Terms and Conditions for Complimentary Gift (Products)​ 

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during XX - XX (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.

General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
