Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 1 May 25 – 31 Dec 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.   
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and KTC PROUD
3. Members must register by sending an SMS by typing COY followed by a space, 16-digit card number, and the # symbol, followed by the spending amount, to 0613845000 (SMS service fees depend on the network provider) or register via the website ktc.promo/coway. Members must receive a confirmation message from KTC in order to be eligible to participate in this program.
4. In the event that members register for the program more than once, KTC will consider only the first successful registration.
5. If members cancel their participating cards for any reason, KTC will consider that members have waived their rights to participate in this program.
6. Members who spend 300 baht or more per sales slip via their cards can redeem points. To receive cash back according to the specified conditions
7. The right is reserved for payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only and cannot be separated into multiple sales slips to receive the rights under this program.
8. KTC will credit cash back into the member's card account within 60 days from the last day of each month according to the calendar cycle. KTC will calculate the spending amount from the first day that the member successfully registers to join the program until the last day of the month/program.
9. Register only once per Subscription program to receive cash back for 1 year from the month of successful registration. KTC will deduct 999 KTC FOREVER points and 150 baht cash back into the member's card account within 60 days from the last day of the month in which the payment is made. If in any billing cycle there is no payment or points cannot be deducted, KTC will not provide cash back for that month.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
