Terms and Conditions for 0% Installment Payment with KTC Card

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 9 July 2025 – 30 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. KTC reserves the right not to offer all types of KTC points for every 0% installment transaction at AIS Shop, AIS Online Store and AIS authorized dealers.
4. These privileges are reserved for the installment payment of specific participating goods/services as specified by this terms and conditions only.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cashback at Offline stores

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 9 July 2025 – 30 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.  
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE credit card, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, customers who make a purchase at AIS Shop (Offline channel) must redeem points at point of sale via EDC to receive cashback.
4. KTC reserves the right to offer a credit cash back redemption for cardmembers who join installment plan with specific product code for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 Z Flip7 assigned by KTC at participated merchants only.
5. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
6. Cardmembers, who spend above THB 10,000 per sales slip and redeem at least 1,000 KTC points but not exceeding the purchase amount per sales slip are eligible for up to 15% cashback.
7. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption in this Promotion, any decimal (Thai Satang) on the sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
8. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder.
9. KTC will credit a credit cashback into the cardmember’s account within 1 days from the date the points are redeemed at the point of sale during a purchase at AIS Shop (Offline Stores)
10. Privileges under this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cashback at Online store

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 9 July 2025 – 30 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.  
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE credit card, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, customers who make a purchase must register successfully on the day of card transaction has been made by sending a SMS, text ITO, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number following by # and point amount to redeem (Type 0 after # if you don't want to redeem points) and send to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider)or by registering at ktc.promo/Samsungzseries-ais   before or within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. KTC reserves the right to offer a credit cash back redemption for cardmembers who join installment plan with specific product code for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 Z Flip7 assigned by KTC at participated merchants only.
5. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
6. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
7. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
8. Cardmembers, who spend above THB 10,000 per sales slip and redeem at least 1,000 KTC points but not exceeding the purchase amount per sales slip are eligible for up to 15% cashback.

11. KTC will credit cashback to Cardmembers’ card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this promotion until the end of month/Promotion (as the case maybe).
12. Privileges under this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
