Terms and Conditions for 0% Installment Payment with KTC Card

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 9 July 2025 – 30 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. KTC reserves the right not to offer all types of KTC points for every 0% installment transaction at TRUE I DTAC and TRUE I DTAC authorized dealers (TRUE Store and DTAC Online Store still earns KTC points).
4. These privileges are reserved for the installment payment of specific participating goods/services as specified by this terms and conditions only.

Cash Back when spending under Installment payment with KTC card (by tier) Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (Cardmembers”) who make 0% interest card installment payment (“0% Installment Payment”) at participating stores during 9 July 2025 – 31July 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers who make a purchase must register successfully on the day of Card transaction has been made by sending a SMS, text SZ, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number following by # and point amount to redeem (Type 0 after # if you don't want to redeem points) and send to 0613845000 SMS fee as specified by network service provide or by registering at ktc.promo/Samsungzseries-truedtac   , before or within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. Cardmembers who purchase a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 Z Flip7 (with specific product codes) at participating stores using a KTC card and choose installment payments starting from 12,000 baht will receive a cashback credit to their card account. The cashback will be credited based on the total spending per sales slip, in accordance with the campaign conditions.
5. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cashback under this promotion is limited to a maximum of 3 privileges per member throughout the campaign period
6. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
7. Cardmembers will receive a 2% cashback credit to their card account when pre-ordering a device with monthly package from July 9, 2025 to July 31, 2025 only.
8. KTC will calculate cashback value based on total purchase amount of every sales slip before divided into monthly installments under same card number and will credit cash back to card account within 60 days after the end of month that card transaction has been made.
9. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
10. The following expenditures will be excluded from this Promotion: cash advance, purchase of all types of funds, payment of Unit Linked insurance premium, installment payment with KTC cards by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest, fine and any other fees and charges, and any cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund.
11. Cardmembers will not receive any KTC points from card spending under this Promotion. In the case where any KTC points credited to Cardmembers’ card account, Cardmembers cannot use such KTC points. In this regard, those KTC points will be deducted from Cardmembers’ card account on the day Cardmembers receive cash back credit. If KTC is unable to deduct the said KTC points from Cardmembers’ card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit all eligible cash back to such Cardmembers.
12. Privileges under this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cashback

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 9 July 2025 – 30 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.  
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE credit card, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, customers who make a purchase must register successfully on the day of card transaction has been made by sending a SMS, text SZ, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number following by # and point amount to redeem (Type 0 after # if you don't want to redeem points) and send to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider)or by registering at ktc.promo/Samsungzseries-truedtac   before or within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. KTC reserves the right to offer a credit cash back redemption for cardmembers who join installment plan with specific product code for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 Z Flip7 assigned by KTC at participated merchants only.
5. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
6. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
7. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
8. Cardmembers, who spend above THB 12,000 per sales slip and redeem at least 1,000 KTC points but not exceeding the purchase amount per sales slip are eligible for up to 18% cashback.
9. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption in this Promotion, any decimal (Thai Satang) on the sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
10. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder.
11. KTC will credit cashback to Cardmembers’ card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this promotion until the end of month/Promotion (as the case maybe).
12. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cashback under this promotion is limited to a maximum of 3 privileges per member throughout the campaign period.
13. Privileges under this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
