KTC x Vacay Campaign
This promotional campaign is jointly organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (“KTC”) and Vacay, under Vacay Travel Co., Ltd. (the “Merchant”).
The campaign is exclusively offered to KTC Credit and KTC PROUD Cash Card Cardholders for subscribing to Vacay services during the promotional period, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Conditions for Vacay Purchases
1.1 Conditions for First-Time Vacay Customers
- Customers making their first purchase of any Vacay package are eligible to receive a 50% discount by entering promo code “KTC50”, with a maximum discount of THB 100 per order.
- The promotion is limited to 56,000 redemption rights only.
- Promotional period: 15 February – 30 June 2026.
1.2 Conditions for Existing Vacay Customers
- Customers making subsequent purchases of any Vacay package are eligible to receive a 10% discount by entering promo code “KTC10”, with no minimum spending requirement.
- No maximum discount limit and unlimited redemption rights.
- Promotional period: 15 February – 30 June 2026.
- Payment Channel Conditions
2.1 Purchases must be made exclusively via https://esim.vacay.asia/th/
2.2 Payment must be completed using a KTC Credit Card or KTC PROUD Cash card only.
- Order Cancellation and Refund Policy
The company reserves the right to cancel orders without refund under the following circumstances:
- Any improper use or misuse of the promotion not in accordance with the service provider’s approval.
- Once an eSIM has been successfully purchased, it cannot be refunded or replaced. Customers may contact Vacay for eSIM service inquiries.
- No refunds or reinstatement of rights will be granted in cases where the service has not been used or has already been fully utilized.
- No refunds will be provided in the event of system-related issues.
- Loss of Vacay Card, QR code, or eSIM activation code, or failure to receive the service.
- Loss of the mobile device containing the Vacay Card, QR code, or eSIM activation code.
- All matters shall be subject to Vacay’s package-specific policies and conditions.
- General Conditions
- Installation and usage must comply with Vacay’s device and package conditions.
- Warranties for devices and packages are subject to the terms and conditions of the network service provider.
- Promotional benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
- KTC and the Merchant reserve the right to amend, modify, or cancel the campaign without prior notice.
- The decision of KTC and the Merchant shall be final and binding.
- KTC acts solely as a promotional channel for goods and services offered by merchants and shall not be responsible for the quality, defects, damages, or disputes arising from such goods or services. In case of any issues, customers are advised to contact the Merchant directly.

General Terms and Conditions
- Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
- Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
- Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
