Terms and Conditions for 0% Installment Payment with KTC Card

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Feb 24 - 31 Dec 24 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE ,KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card KTC PROUD
3. These privileges are reserved for the installment payment of specific participating goods/services as specified by this terms and conditions only.
4. Goods/services that do not participate in the 0% KTC card installment service according to this promotion and have a minimum price of 3,000 baht or more, can pay installments via KTC card installment services via KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online which has interest rates and fees of 0.74% credit line for a maximum of 6 months. For KTC credit card and interest rate and credit usage fee rate 0.99% per month, in case of 3 - 18 months installment payment and 1.16% per month, in case of payment period of more than 18 months for KTC PROUD cash card.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
