Terms and Conditions for Complimentary Gift (Products)

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC VISA credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 22 May 25 - 25 May 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. when spending 30,000 baht or more per sales Cardmembers will be eligible to receive 1 piece of adidas duffle valued at 1,200 Baht by presenting their sales slip to the staff at customer service counter of participating store within the day of card transaction.
3. Complimentary gift offered hereunder is up to 1 piece per sales slip per card number per day only.
4. Present your accumulated spending sales slip at Booth C41(Hall 6) to redeem the complimentary gift on the same day of purchase only.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 22 May 25 - 25 May 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.   
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK,all types of KTC PROUD, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register to redeem points to receive cash back at the KTC Booth no. C41 (Hall 6) or via KTC PHONE at 02 123 5000 within the day that card transaction has been made.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 1 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to redeemKTC Points at the amount equivalent to the purchase amount per sales slip for cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
8. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
9. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
10. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month/Promotion (as the case maybe).

Terms and Conditions for Top Spender

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores during 22 May 25 - 25 May 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC VISA COMMERCIAL, All type of KTC PROUD, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. Only card transactions which are paid in full at the minimum of 30,000 Baht or more per sales slip, will be considered for the privilege offering hereunder.
4. The following expenditures will be excluded from this Promotion: cash advance, purchase of all types of funds, payment of Unit Linked insurance premium, installment payment with KTC cards by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest, fine and any other fees and charges, and any cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund.
5. Any refund from the cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund will be excluded from this Promotion. 
6. The prize in this Promotion is a complimentary hotel voucher for 1 night, total 4 pieces, total valued more than 26,000 baht. exclusion of flight ticket issuing fee, fuel tax, airport tax, and/or any other relevant expenses. In this connection, the top spending Cardmember will be solely responsible for the said expenses.
7. KTC will announce the name list of top spending Cardmember as specified by KTC at https://ktc.promo/tgdo2025-topspender within 1 Aug 25, and will contact them to inform the procedures and conditions for claiming their prize via phone number provided to KTC within 7 days from the announcement of the name list. In this regard, the top spending Cardmembers must contact KTC to claim their prize in accordance with the conditions and within the informed period, unless otherwise it shall be deemed a waiver of their right to claim for such prize.
8. The prize hereunder is up to 1 prize per 1 cardmember]only throughout the Promotion Period.
9. In the case that more than 1 Cardmember have equal accumulated spending amount, KTC reserves the right to award the prize to Cardmember who registers first. In this regard, KTC’s discretion will be final.
10. If the eligible Cardmember is disqualified or fails to meet any requirement as specified in the terms and conditions, KTC reserves the right to offer the prize to next top spending Cardmember in line.
11. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
12. The awarded top spending Cardmembers acknowledge and agree to be responsible for all taxes (if any) at the rate as stipulated by laws.
13. All employees of KTC, as well as the employees of any company involved in this Promotion are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
14. Joining in this Promotion is considered to be Cardmember’s consent to participate in any PR activities, or to attend any relevant event, or to take part in advertisement photo shooting as required by KTC, as well as allow KTC to take, use and publish their name and photographs on any newspaper and/or any other advertisement media for public relation purpose. All rights relating to Cardmember’ photographs shall belong to KTC.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
