Terms and Conditions for Redeeming KTC FOREVER Points for E-Coupons via KTC Mobile App

1. This promotional campaign ("promotion") is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to the cardmembers of KTC credit card ("a cardmember/cardmembers") who have KTC FOREVER points ("KTC Points") only
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE credit card, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card, and all types of KTC PROUD cash card.
3. The use of points for product redemptions under this Promotion is valid during 1 Jan 26 - 31 Dec 26 ("Promotion Period") with the following options:
   1. Redeem 1,199 KTC FOREVER points for 1 Combo Set consisting of 64 oz. Popcorn and 32 oz. Soft Drink via the KTC Mobile app, redeemable at popcorn counters at any participating Major Cineplex nationwide under the specified conditions.
4. Redeem 1,199 KTC FOREVER points + THB 100 for a Super Size Popcorn (355 oz, valued up to THB 320) via the KTC Mobile app. Valid at all Major Cineplex and EGV branches nationwide.
5. Redeem 1,499 KTC FOREVER points + THB 120 for 1 IMAX or IMAX with Laser movie ticket (standard seat, up to THB 450) via the KTC Mobile app. Valid at the following IMAX branches: Paragon Cineplex, ICON Cineconic, Mega Cineplex, Ratchayothin, Quartier CineArt, Esplanade Ngamwongwan-Khae Rai, Bangkapi Cineplex, WestGate Cineplex, Central Festival Chiang Mai.
   E-Coupon code can be redeemed at E-Ticket machines or via the Major Cineplex Application.
6. Redeem 1,499 KTC FOREVER points for 1 normal movie ticket (valued up to THB 260) via the KTC Mobile app. Valid at all Major Cineplex and EGV branches nationwide. E-Coupon code redeemable at E-Ticket machines or the Major Cineplex Application.
7. KTC reserves the right to offer the premium goods redemption privilege in this promotion only to cardmembers with sufficient accumulated KTC FOREVER points in their credit card accounts to redeem for a premium good according to specified conditions only.
8. KTC FOREVER points in the amount specified will be automatically deducted from the points balance of the credit card used for redemption.

Terms and Conditions for Standard Movie Ticket (up to THB 280) e-Coupon

1. Valid for normal seats only in regular screening formats at all Major Cineplex and EGV branches nationwide
2. Seat upgrade to Honeymoon/Premium or switch to Digital 3D / ATMOS available with an additional payment
3. Not applicable for special cinemas or formats including IMAX, IMAX Laser, 4DX, VIP, or Screen X
4. Not valid for advance ticket purchases
5. For use at Paragon Cineplex, ICON Cineconic, or Quartier CineArt, an additional charge of THB 50 per seat applies
6. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions
7. Terms and conditions are subject to change as determined by the company

Terms and Conditions for IMAX or IMAX with Laser Movie Ticket value up to 450 THB per seat

1. Valid for IMAX or IMAX Laser with 2D or 3D screenings movie ticket.
2. Can be used at the following IMAX branches only:
   i. Paragon Cineplex
   ii. ICON Cineconic
   iii. Mega Cineplex
   iv. Major Cineplex Ratchayothin
   v. Quartier CineArt
   vi. Esplanade Cineplex Ngamwongwan-Khae Rai
   vii. Bangkapi Cineplex
   viii. WestGate Cineplex
   ix. Central Festival Chiang Mai
3. Customers may upgrade seats by paying the price difference, except for Ultimate IMAX seats, which are not eligible.

Terms and Conditions for Combo Set (Popcorn + Drink) – Value up to THB 270 e-Coupon

1. Valid for redemption only at Concession Counters in participating cinemas.
2. Cannot be combined with other promotions, and not valid with the Happy Refill promotion.
3. To ensure proper redemption, please inform the staff before presenting your screen, and keep the QR code visible until the redemption process is completed
   (The code will be scanned twice). Once the transaction is successful, please close the screen for your privacy and security.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
