Top Spender promotion terms and conditions
  1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (“KTC”) to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC Credit Cardmembers (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating merchants during 15 August 2025 -31 August 2025, with winners to be announced on 8 September 2025, (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
  2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC VISA COMMERCIAL, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
  3. Only full payment transactions in Thai Baht made at participating merchants and categories in Thailand (in-store and online) during the promotion period will be considered. The total accumulated spending must be at least THB 20,000 and cardmembers must successfully register for the campaign.

  5. The following expenditures will be excluded from this Promotion: cash advance, all types of purchase of LTF/RMF (MCC 6211), installment payment with KTC card via KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased and any other type of refund.
  6. Any refund from the cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund will be excluded from this Promotion.
  7. The prize of this promotion is 2 winning packages of 3 days / 2 nights in Singapore (2 persons per prize), Travel Date: 26 – 28 September 2025. Each package includes: Roundtrip airfare (BKK–SIN), 2 nights’ hotel accommodation, Admission to Halloween Horror Nights (26 Sep, evening), Universal Studios Singapore entry (27 Sep), Meals as per itinerary (subject to change by M STUDIO / Major Cineplex). Winners must travel on the fixed dates and are responsible for any personal expenses not covered in the prize. In this connection, the top spending Cardmember will be solely responsible for the said expenses.
  8. KTC will announce the name list of top spending Cardmember as specified by KTC website by 8 September 2025, and will contact them to inform the procedures and conditions for claiming their prize via phone number provided to KTC within 7 days from the announcement of the name list. In this regard, the top spending Cardmembers must contact KTC to claim their prize in accordance with the conditions and within the informed period, unless otherwise it shall be deemed a waiver of their right to claim for such prize. If winners fail to respond or accept within the given period, KTC reserves the right to reassign the prize to the next eligible cardmember.
  9. Winners and companions must hold valid passports (minimum 6 months before travel) and meet all Singapore entry requirements.
  10. Prize redemption is only available to cardmembers whose name matches their ID and the name on the KTC card.
  11. Winners with prizes over THB 1,000 must pay 5% withholding tax per Thai Revenue Department regulations. KTC may collect this amount via the card used in the promotion or other KTC cards held by the winner. Prizes will not be granted until tax is fully paid.
  12. The prize hereunder is up to 1 prize per 1 cardmember only throughout the Promotion Period (primary and supplementary cards combined).
  13. In the event that more than one cardmember has the same total accumulated spending, priority will be given to the cardmember who reached the qualifying amount first and has a good credit payment history. KTC’s decision in this regard shall be final.
  14. If the eligible Cardmember is disqualified or fails to meet any requirement as specified in the terms and conditions, KTC reserves the right to offer the prize to next top spending Cardmember in line.
  15. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
  16. The awarded top spending Cardmembers acknowledge and agree to be responsible for all taxes (if any) at the rate as stipulated by laws.
  17. All employees of KTC, as well as the employees of any company involved in this Promotion are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
  18. Joining in this Promotion is considered to be Cardmember’s consent to participate in any PR activities, or to attend any relevant event, or to take part in advertisement photo shooting as required by KTC, as well as allow KTC to take, use and publish their name and photographs on any newspaper and/or any other advertisement media for public relation purpose. All rights relating to Cardmember’ photographs shall belong to KTC.
“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
  1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
  2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
  3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
  4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
