5. For booking changes or cancellations, please notify at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Additional charges may apply according to the terms and conditions of each country.
6. The driver must be at least 21 years old or comply with the rental conditions of each respective country.
7. The driver must present a passport and a valid original international driving permit covering the rental period.
8. A security deposit (pre-authorization) is required on the rental start date and must be made using a JCB credit card only.
9. This privilege cannot be combined with any other promotions.
10. This privilege cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to others.

Limousine Transfer Service (Overseas)

3. Reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to travel via the SIXT Call Center at 1798 or Line ID: @sixtthailand (daily from 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.).
4. For booking changes or cancellations, please notify at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Additional charges may apply according to the terms and conditions of each country.
5. In case of a no-show at the scheduled date and time, the service will be considered completed.
6. Additional charges will apply for route changes or deviations from the agreed route.
7. Waiting time for airport arrivals and departures is subject to the terms and conditions of each respective country.
8. The company reserves the right to charge additional fees or refuse service if the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the specified limit without prior notice.

4. This promotional rate does not include first-class insurance, tire insurance, personal accident insurance, and VAT.
5. For rentals of 2 consecutive days or more under one contract, customers are entitled to a one-class car upgrade (applicable only to selected car models).
6. In the event that the reserved vehicle is unavailable, the company reserves the right to provide service in accordance with its terms and conditions.
7.  This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.
8. Reservations can be made via Call Center 1798 or through the website Sixtthailand by quoting the code “JCBD26.”
9. Off-site pick-up and return services are reserved and may be subject to conditions.

11. Required documents: National ID card, driver’s license, and credit card.
12. Security Deposit (Pre-Authorization) on the rental start date:
-  Vehicle Codes (MDAR, EDAR, CDAR, IDAR, IDAH): THB 8,000 per rental contract
-    Vehicle Codes (SDAR, FFAR, IFAR, RFAR, IDAE): THB 15,000 per rental contract
-  Vehicle Codes (FDAR, SVAR): THB 20,000 per rental contract
-  Vehicle Codes (SFAR, PCAR, ICAR, FVAE): THB 30,000 per rental contract
-  Vehicle Code (JFAR): THB 50,000 per rental contract
The company will process the deposit via credit card only. The authorized amount will be released back to the credit card after the vehicle is returned, subject to each financial institution’s processing procedures.
13.  If the renter wishes to extend the rental period after having made an advance booking and payment, they must contact the Call Center at 1798 or the rental branch directly. Additional rental charges will be based on the branch’s prevailing rates.

Limousine Transfer Service (Thailand)
1.  Exclusive for JCB credit card holder only.
2. The promotion period is from April 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
3. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to travel via the SIXT Call Center at 1798 , Website www.sixtthailand.com, Email: reservations@sixt.co.th or Line ID: @sixtthailand (daily from 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.).
4.  For booking changes or cancellations, please notify at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time to avoid additional charges.
5. The service fee includes fuel and toll fees but excludes 7% VAT.
6. This service applies to pick-up or drop-off between Suvarnabhumi Airport or Don Mueang Airport and Bangkok areas as follows:
o    Inner Bangkok districts: Khlong Toei, Khlong Sam Wa, Khan Na Yao, Chatuchak, Don Mueang, Din Daeng, Dusit, Bang Kapi, Bang Khen, Bang Kho Laem, Bang Sue, Bang Na, Bang Rak, Bueng Kum, Pathum Wan, Prawet, Pom Prap Sattru Phai, Phaya Thai, Phra Khanong, Phra Nakhon, Min Buri, Yan Nawa, Ratchathewi, Lat Krabang, Lat Phrao, Wang Thonglang, Watthana, Suan Luang, Saphan Sung, Samphanthawong, Sathon, Sai Mai, Nong Chok, Lak Si, and Huai Khwang.
o    Outer Bangkok districts: Chom Thong, Taling Chan, Bang Phlat, Thawi Watthana, Bang Khun Non, Bangkok Noi, Bangkok Yai, Phasi Charoen, Nong Khaem, Bang Khae, Bang Bon, Bang Khun Thian, Thung Khru, Rat Burana, Khlong San, and Thon Buri.
o    Metropolitan areas: Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, and Samut Prakan provinces.
7. For transfers to/from Don Mueang Airport, an additional charge of THB 100 per trip (excluding VAT) applies.
8. For airport arrivals, the limousine will wait for a maximum of 1.5 hours after the flight lands. If the company is unable to contact you within 1.5 hours or in case of a no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the service charge will apply.
9. For departures (pick-up from accommodation), the limousine will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. If the company is unable to contact you within 30 minutes or in case of a no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the service charge will apply.
10. In case of a no-show at the scheduled date and time, the service will be considered completed.
11. Additional charges will apply for route changes or deviations from the agreed route.
12. The company reserves the right to charge additional fees at its prescribed rates or refuse service if the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the specified limit without prior notice.
13. In case of emergencies where the vehicle cannot be delivered on time due to accidents, traffic congestion, road closures, riots, or flooding, the company reserves the right to provide a replacement vehicle of equivalent or higher class.
14.  This privilege cannot be combined with any other promotions.
15. This privilege cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to others.

Flight Ticket Booking Service (Overseas)
1. Exclusive for JCB credit card holder only.
2. The promotion period is from April 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
3. Flight reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to departure by contacting MGC-Aviation at 063-2689944 or 061-401-9444 (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.), or via email at ticketing.service@mgc-aviation.com.
4.  Flight bookings are subject to seat availability at the time of reservation.
5. When booking and issuing international flight tickets with MGC Aviation on any international route, customers will receive a THB 500 discount voucher for self-drive car rental or limousine service overseas with SIXT. Customers may inform the ticketing staff if they wish to use this privilege.
6. MGC-Aviation collects and uses passengers’ personal data for the purpose of flight reservation and ticket issuance. Upon making a reservation and issuing a ticket, consent to access such personal data is deemed granted.
7. Voucher terms and conditions are subject to the company’s policies and the respective airline’s standard conditions of carriage.
