Promotion on GrabTransport with KTC VISA credit card ONLY!

Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount (Grab Transport)

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC VISA credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Mar 26 – 31 Jan 27 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC MASTERCARD, JCB, UNIONPAY. 
3. Cardmember(s) must fill KTCVRIDE in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using KTC VISA credit card before booking GrabTransport service. Cardmember will receive 70 Baht discount with minimum spend of 450 Baht on GrabTransport service.
4. Limited to 2 redemptions per consumer per month
5. Limited monthly redemptions. Limited to 6,600 redemptions throughout the campaign period
6. The promotion is applicable to ride hailing service on Grab platform and applicable with JustGrab, GrabCar, GrabCar Plus, GrabSUV, GrabVan and applicable for advance booking.
7. Promotion applies to Grab Transport within the service area in Thailand only.
8. Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other Grab promotions and cannot be changed or transferred to be cash or other rewards.
9. Cardmember(s) agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the user agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or cannot be used as a discount for the next ride.
10. Grab reserves the right to suspend the service or promotion usage if the system or application faces any error or if the Cardmember(s) account got suspended, without providing compensation and prior notification.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
