Terms and Conditions of the “Redeem KTC FOREVER Points for 13% Cashback” Promotion

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (“KTC”) to offer benefits to KTC Credit Card members (“members”) who have KTC FOREVER Points (“Points”) and make payments with their KTC Credit Card at Tesla Thailand nationwide during the period 15 October 2025 – 30 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”), under the specified terms and conditions.
2. This Promotion excludes the following card types: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC Government Service card, KTC- THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC CASH BACK, KTC – Royal Orchid Plus (all types), and all KTC PROUD Cash Cards.
3. For spending of THB 1,000 or more per sales slip, members can redeem every 1,000 KTC FOREVER Points for cashback.
   • To participate, members must register by sending an SMS with the message TS3 . Enter a space followed by their 16-digit KTC Credit Card number [#] and the number of points they wish to redeem to 0613845000, or register via the KTC website each time within the date of the transaction. Mmembers must receive a confirmation message from KTC to be eligible for this promotion.
4. If a member registers more than once for the same promotion, only the first successful registration will be considered valid.
5. If a member registers using multiple KTC Credit Cards, KTC will calculate cashback separately per card account.
6. In case of card cancellation for any reason, the Cardmember will be deemed to have forfeited participation rights in this promotion.
7. When calculating the number of points required for redemption, if the total spending per sales slip includes decimal amounts, KTC will round up to the nearest baht.
8. 8. This promotion applies only to one payment per sales slip and cannot be split into multiple slips to receive additional privileges.
9. Cashback will be credited to the Cardmember’s account within 60 days from the end of the month in which the eligible spending and registration occur, based on spending accumulated from the date of successful registration until the end of the applicable month or promotion period (whichever comes first).

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
