Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 1 Mar - 31 Aug 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text PTG, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/promotion/gas-auto/gas/ptg, within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 900 Baht per sales slip (after deducting discount), will be eligible to redeem KTC Points at the amount equivalent to the purchase amount per sales slip for cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month/Promotion (as the case maybe).

Terms and Conditions for e-Coupon Redemption via KTC Mobile App

This promotional campaign ("Campaign") is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer benefits to KTC card members ("Members") who have registered for the KTC Mobile application ("KTC Mobile App") and use the e-Coupon at any Punthai Coffee branch, excluding airport locations, under the specified conditions within 5 days from the date of receiving the e-Coupon only ("Campaign Period") and as per the specified conditions.
Upon purchasing the first Punthai beverage of any menu at its regular price, choose to receive a free beverage from the 7 participating menus as follows (the free item must not exceed the value of the main item):

Please inform the staff of your intention to use the privilege and press the "Use e-Coupon" button in front of the staff every time.

The redemption of e-Coupon hereunder is up to 1 e-Coupon code per 1 transaction per sales slip.
This e-Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotional campaigns.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
