Terms and Conditions of the 4% Cash Back Program

1. This promotion (“Program”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide privileges to KTC credit card members (“Members”) who spend via their cards at PTT Stations during 1 August 2025 – 30 November 2025 (“Program Period”) according to the specified conditions only.
2. The right is reserved to exclude all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - National Blood Center, Thai Red Cross Society, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC cards for government agencies, and all types of KTC PROUD cash cards from participating in this program.
3. Members must register by sending an SMS, typing PTT followed by a space, 16-digit credit card number, and sending it to 0613845000 (SMS service fee depends on the network provider) or register via the website www.ktc.co.th/ptt-station-cashback by registering once before or within the day of spending via the card. Members must receive a confirmation message from KTC in order to be eligible to participate in this program. (Limited to the first 35,000 card members only)
4. In case a member registers for the program more than once, KTC will consider the successful registration on the first time only.
5. The right is reserved for members who spend via the card at PTT Stations under MCC Code: 5541 and 5542 [from 700-999 baht per sales slip or 1,000 baht or more per sales slip] during the program period. 6. In case a member registers for the program with more than 1 card, KTC will consider the spending amount separately for each card to calculate the cash back into the card account.
7. In case a member cancels the participating card for any reason, KTC will consider that the member has waived the right to participate in this program.
8. KTC will calculate the spending amount to provide cash back to the member on a monthly basis. The first month will be counted from the first day that the member successfully registers for the program until the last day of the month. And will be calculated from the spending list that occurred before that month.
9. The right to receive cash back under this program is reserved for a maximum of 480 baht per [1 card number/1 member] only throughout the program period.
10. KTC will credit cash back into the member's card account within 60 days from the last day of each month according to the calendar cycle.
11. The right is reserved to exclude all types of KTC points for spending via the card used to calculate cash back under this program. In the event that points are credited to the card account, the member cannot use those points. Such points will be deducted from the card account on the day the member receives the cash back. If points cannot be deducted, KTC will not credit cash back under this program in full.

Terms and Conditions of the “Use KTC FOREVER Points to Redeem Cash Back” Promotion

1. This promotion (“Program”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide privileges to KTC credit card members (“Members”) who have KTC FOREVER Points (“Points”) and spend via the card at PTT Stations during 1 August 2025 – 30 November 2025 (“Program Period”) according to the specified conditions only.
2. The right is reserved to exclude members of all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit cards, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - National Blood Center, Thai Red Cross Society, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC cards for government agencies, and all types of KTC PROUD cash cards from participating in this promotion.
3. Members must register by sending an SMS, typing PTP, space, followed by a 16-digit credit card number, followed by #BluePlus member phone number. (In case of not having Blue Plus member phone number, please follow with #0) and send to 0613845000 (SMS fee depends on the network service provider) or register via website www.ktc.co.th/ptt-station-cashback by registering once before or within the day of spending via card. However, members must receive a confirmation message from KTC to be eligible to participate in this program.
4. In case members register for the program more than once, KTC will consider the successful registration on the first time only.
5. In case members register for the program with more than 1 card, KTC will consider the spending amount separately for each card to calculate the cash back credit into the card account.
6. If members cancel the participating cards for any reason, KTC will consider that members have waived their right to participate in this program.
7. Members who spend via cards at PTT Stations under MCC Code: 5541 and 5542 can redeem KTC FOREVER points to receive cash back credit every 100 points according to the specified conditions. Members who are Blue Plus members will receive 13.5% cash back and members who are not Blue Plus members will receive 13% cash back. 8. In calculating the number of points to redeem the privileges under this program, if the spending amount per sales slip has fractional satang, KTC will round up the amount to the baht unit.
9. The right is reserved for only paying for products/services per 1 sales slip and cannot be separated into multiple sales slips to receive the privileges under this program.
10. KTC will credit the cash back to the member's card account within 90 days from the last day of each calendar month. KTC will calculate the spending amount from the first day that the member successfully registers to join the program until the last day of the month/program (as the case may be).

“General Terms and Conditions”

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
