Terms and Conditions for 0% Installment Payment with KTC Card

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD cash card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at participating stores during 1 Mar 24 - 31 Aug 24 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
   
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. These privileges are reserved for the installment payment of specific participating goods/services as specified by this terms and conditions only.

Cash Back when spending under 0% Installment payment with KTC card (by tier) Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (Cardmember(s)”) who make card installment payment with 0% interest and credit line usage fee (“0%Installment Payment”) at participating stores during 1 Mar 24 - 31 Aug 24 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully on the day of Card transaction has been made by sending a SMS, text AT1, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider)or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/fastfit-installment within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. Cardmembers will get cash back credited to their card account in accordance with the following card spending tiers:

   Cash Back value	0% Installment Payment per sales slip
   100 Baht	5,000 – 9,999 Baht
   300 Baht	10,000 – 29,999 Baht
   900 Baht	30,000 – 49,999 Baht
   1,500 Baht	50,000 – 79,999 Baht
   2,400 Baht	80,000 baht or more

6. KTC will calculate cash back value based on total purchase amount of every sales slip before divided into monthly installments under same card number, and will credit cash back to card account within 60 days after the end of month that card transaction has been made.
7. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
8. The following expenditures will be excluded from this Promotion: cash advance, installment payment with KTC Card via KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online, interest, credit line usage fee, fine, any other fees and charges, and any cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund.
9. Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD UNIONPAY/ MASTERCARD cash card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 1 Mar 24 – 31 Aug 24 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC – THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to redeem 1,000 KTC Points for 13% discount on the purchase of goods/services in accordance with the specified terms and conditions.
4. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on the sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
5. Any discount availed from this Promotion can be used as the additional discount on-top of all types of discounts.
6. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
7. The point redemption for discount hereunder is up to 1 time per sales slip per day only throughout the Promotion Period.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
