- Cardmembers will not receive any KTC points from card spending under this Promotion. In the case where any KTC points credited to Cardmembers’ card account, Cardmembers cannot use such KTC points. In this regard, those KTC points will be deducted from Cardmembers’ card account on the day Cardmembers receive cash back credit. If KTC is unable to deduct the said KTC points from Cardmembers’ card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit all eligible cash back to such Cardmembers.

Details and Conditions

Cash back when spending under 0% installment payment with ktc card terms and conditions
  1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) only for a transaction which is 0% interest and credit line usage fee Installment payment with KTC card (“0% Installment payment with KTC card”) at participating stores during 1 March 2025 – 30 September 2025 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
  2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
  3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration within the day the payment is made by sending a SMS, type MOL, space following by 16 digit credit card number and send to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider) or by registering at www.ktc.co.th, 1 time per 1 card number. The cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
  4. The cardmembers who spend with the card under 0% installment payment with KTC card at participate stores will receive a credit cash back into cardmember’s credit card account per sales slip based on the spending amount as specified.
  5. For the calculation of a credit cash back, KTC will calculate based on the spending amount under 0% installment payment with KTC card occurring within the same day which the cardmembers make a registration to participate the promotion according to specified condition only and will calculate from full amount spending before monthly installment of all sales slips under the same card number. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’s credit card account within 60 days after the end of the month spent.
  6. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers whose name and family name shown on identification card is consistent with the name shown on the registered card only.
  7. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
  8. KTC reserves the right to exclude spending amount under cash withdrawal, Installment payment with KTC Card by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online transaction, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
  9. KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’s credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back
  1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD UNIONPAY/ MASTERCARD cash card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card during 1 March 2025 – 30 September 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
  2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card
  3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text MOP, followed by 16-digit credit card number and the number of points you want to redeem to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
  4. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
  5. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
  6. Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 12,000 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to Redeem 13% credit cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
  7. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
  8. KTC will deduct points. And credit cash back into the member's card account within 60 days from the last day of each month according to the calendar cycle.
“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
  1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
  2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
  3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
  4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
  5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
