THE RITZ Clinic Promotion with KTC credit card

Terms and conditions for Credit Cash Back from Installment payment with KTC at participating beauty merchants nationwide

1. The promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive credit cash back privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend in installments (“Installment Payments”) with KTC card at THE RITZ Clinic under the MCC Beauty categories 5698, 7230, 7297, 7298, 8011 and 8099 (“Participating Stores”) During 1 October 2025 – 31 January 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully on the day of Card transaction has been made by sending a SMS, text BTF, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider)or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/beauty before or within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. Cardmembers will get cash back credited to their card account in accordance with the following card spending tiers:
   

   Installment payment per sales slip	Credit cash back
   10,000 – 24,999 Baht	220 Baht
   25,000 – 49,999 Baht	720 Baht
   50,000 – 74,999 Baht	1,500 Baht
   75,000 – 119,999 Baht	2,300 Baht
   120,000 Baht upwards	4,200 Baht

6. KTC will calculate cash back value based on the total purchase amount of every sales slip before dividing it into monthly installments under the same card digits and will credit cash back to the card account within 60 days after the end of the month that card transaction has been made.
7. If cardmembers register more than 1 card to participate in the promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount of each card separately to calculate cash back to be credited in the card accounts.
8. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
9. The following expenditures will be excluded from this Promotion: cash advance, interest, fine and any other fees and charges, and any cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund.
10. Cardmembers will not receive any KTC points from card spending under this Promotion. In the case where any KTC points credited to Cardmembers’ card account, Cardmembers cannot use such KTC points. In this regard, those KTC points will be deducted from Cardmembers’ card account on the day Cardmembers receive cash back credit. If KTC is unable to deduct the said KTC points from Cardmembers’ card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit all eligible cash back to such Cardmembers.

0.5% Cashback terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at THE RITZ Clinic under the MCC Beauty categories 5698, 7230, 7297, 7298, 8011 and 8099 (“Participating Stores”) 1 July 2025 – 31 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC- THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text BTC, <space> followed by 16 digits of credit card number to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/beautymax one-time registration per one credit card number before or within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.

5. Cardmembers will get cash back credited to their card account for 0.5% on every card spending.
6. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate credit cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
7. The 0.5% cash back in this program will not be credited if the full payment is converted to a self-payment installment, which incurs an interest rate of 0.74% per month, even if you have registered for the cash back special privilege under this program.
8. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
9. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the last day of each spending month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month.
10. Cardmembers will not receive any KTC points from card spending under this Promotion. In the case where any KTC points credited to Cardmembers’ card account, Cardmembers cannot use such KTC points. In this regard, those KTC points will be deducted from Cardmembers’ card account on the day Cardmembers receive credit cash back credit. If KTC is unable to deduct the said KTC points from Cardmembers’ card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit all eligible credit cash back to such Cardmembers.

KTC FOREVER points for 12% cashback redemption terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at THE RITZ Clinic under the MCC Beauty categories 5698, 7230, 7297, 7298, 8011 and 8099 (“Participating Stores”) 1 July 2025 – 31 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only
2. The following cards are not eligible for this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC- THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text BTP, <space> followed by 16 digits of credit card number and follow with # the amount of KTC Points to redeem and send to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at  www.ktc.co.th/beautymax Register every time for points redemption within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If members register or participate in the program beyond the limit, KTC will only acknowledge registrations with the highest specified number of points.
5. In case of the KTC Points is less than the amount in sales slip, KTC reserves the right to convert the point into credit cash back that divided by 1,000 into a full number only.
6. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
7. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate credit cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
8. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
9. Cardmembers, who spend on card every 1,000 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to redeem every 1,000 Points for 12% for credit cash back in accordance with the specified terms and conditions
10. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the last day of each spending month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month.

General terms and conditions

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
