KTC FOREVER points redemption for discount terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to the cardmembers of KTC credit card (“a cardmember”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card”) at Jae-Leng during 15 February 2026 – 30 June 2026 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card
3. KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion only for cardmembers who spend with KTC card from 1,000 – 3,499 baht per sales slip, will be redeem KTC FOREVER at minimum of 1,000 points, up to the total transaction amount for cash back 12% as specified in the terms and conditions OR for cardmembers who spend with KTC card from 3,500 baht per sales slip or more, will be redeem KTC FOREVER at minimum of 1,000 points, up to the total transaction amount for cash back 15% as specified in the terms and conditions.
4. Any discount availed from this promotion can be used as the additional discount on-top of all types of discounts.
5. This promotion excludes the spending on goods/services in the following categories: gift voucher, gift card, alcoholic beverages and any product sold in the rental booths or shops.
6. This promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder.
7. The point redemption for discount hereunder is up to 1 time per sales slip per day only throughout the promotion period. 

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
