Health Check-up Promotion: Get cashback When Spending for Health Check-up Packages with KTC Credit Card

Terms and Conditions for Cashback

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at participating stores in category of Medical, MCC Code: 5912 8021 8062 8071 [at the minimum of 20,000 Baht per sales slip] during 1 January 2026 - 30 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card. 
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text HEV2, followed by 16 digits of credit card number follow by # and spending amount to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/en/promotion/hospital/hospital/retail-cashback before or within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
6. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month the calculation of spending will start from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of promotion period/ the end of the month (as the case may be).
7. Cardmembers will not receive any KTC points from card spending under this Promotion. In the case where any KTC points credited to Cardmembers’ card account, Cardmembers cannot use such KTC points. In this regard, those KTC points will be deducted from Cardmembers’ card account on the day Cardmembers receive cash back credit. If KTC is unable to deduct the said KTC points from Cardmembers’ card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit all eligible cash back to such Cardmembers.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cashback

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 1 January 2026 - 30 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.  
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text HOP , <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number follow by # and point amount to redeem to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/promotion/hospital, within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude all types of KTC points for spending with all types of KTC MASTERCARD credit cards at hospitals under MCC 9399 and all types of KTC UNIONPAY at hospitals under MCC 9399 and MCC 8062.
5. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
6. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
7. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
8. Cardmembers who spend on card at every 1,000 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to redeem every 1,000 KTC Points for cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
9. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
10. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
11. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
