Terms and Conditions for the Complimentary Gift Promotion upon Purchase of Health Check-up Packages with KTC Credit Cards

1. This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (“KTC”) to offer privileges to KTC Credit Card members (“Cardmembers”) who make payments with their KTC Credit Cards (“Cards”) at participating hospitals during the period from 1 July 2026 – 28 February 2027 (“Promotion Period”), in accordance with the specified terms and conditions.
2. When Cardmembers make payments with their Cards for health check-up packages as specified, they will be entitled to receive the following complimentary gifts:
   - For spending of THB 5,000 or more per sales slip, receive a single food container valued at THB 169.
   (For Co-branded Credit Cards with Bangkok Hospital Group, Samitivej Hospital, BNH Hospital, and Vejthani Hospital, spending of only THB 4,000 or more per sales slip is required.)
   -  For spending of THB 15,000 or more per sales slip, receive a set food container valued at THB 239.
   Cardmembers must register to participate in the Campaign via SMS, the KTC website, or the KTC mobile application.
   
   For SMS registration, send: HEV1 <space> 16-digit card number # spending amount per sales slip to 061 384 5000 (SMS service fee subject to the network provider).
   
   Registration is limited to one (1) registration per Card per day, and members must register on the same day as the spending occurs. Eligibility is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation message from KTC.
   
   KTC will deliver the complimentary gifts to the Cardmember’s address on record within 60 days from the end of the month in which the qualifying transaction occurred.
3. Complimentary gifts under this Campaign are limited to one (1) entitlement per sales slip per Card per day.
4. The Campaign is not applicable to KTC VISA CORPORATE Cards, KTC Cards for Government Agencies, and KTC PROUD Cash Cards of all types.
5. Privileges under this Campaign cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash, or transferred to others.
6. Privileges will be granted only to Cardmembers with normal account status and no record of default throughout the Promotion Period, based on KTC’s database records.
7. KTC reserves the right to grant, cancel, withdraw, or reclaim any or all privileges under this Campaign, and to claim compensation (if any) if any fraudulent, dishonest, or deceptive activity is detected, including: misuse of the Card for commercial purposes, violation of the specified terms and conditions, use of the Card for non-personal or non-consumption purposes, or cancellation of transactions after privileges have been granted.
8. Interest, credit usage fees, penalties, other fees, cancelled transactions, and refunds of any kind are excluded from the calculation of eligible spending for this Campaign. 
9. Other terms and conditions not specified herein shall be as determined by the respective merchants or service providers. Please check applicable conditions before purchasing goods or services.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 1 July 2026 – 28 February 2027 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.   
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text HOP , <space> following by 16-digit credit card number and follow with # the amount of KTC FOREVER points to redeem and send to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at https://www.ktc.co.th/promotion/health-beauty/hospital/health-check-up-2025  , within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately. 
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to redeem1,000 KTC Points for cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
8. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
9. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month/Promotion (as the case maybe).

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
