Terms and Conditions for e-Coupon Redemption via KTC Mobile App

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/ UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who have registered to KTC Mobile Application and use e-Coupon at participating stores during 16 March 2026 – 31 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. Please notify staff  and press redeem to use e-Coupon in front of staff to receive the privilege.
3. KTC reserves the right to reject any e-Coupon code from screen capturing on mobile phone or computer or photos in all circumstances.
4. The redemption of e-Coupon hereunder is up to 1 e-Coupon code per 1 transaction per sales slip.

Registration & Accumulation Terms

1. The promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive credit cash back privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend with KTC card at participating beauty merchants nationwide under the MCC Beauty categories 5698, 7230, 7297, 7298, 8011 and 8099, MCC Medical 8062, 8021, 8071, 5912 and MCC Fitness 7941, 7997 (“Participating Stores”) During 1 January 2026 – 30 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC Kluay Kluay, KTC PROUD, KTC SCG VISA PURCHASING and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully on the day of Card transaction has been made by sending a SMS, text ACC, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider)or by registering at www.ktc.co.th/healthlevelup before or within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. A single registration by a cardmember will cover all accumulated spending across all credit card accounts under the same cardmember’s name. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. Cardmembers must accumulate the required spending amount and complete at least 3 transactions Spending can be made in any one category or across multiple categories.
6. Eligible Cardmembers will receive privileges in the form of E-Coupons via KTC Mobile within 60 days after the end of the campaign end. The E-Coupons will be valid for 90 days from the issuance date.
7. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
8. The following expenditures will be excluded from this Promotion: cash advance, interest, fine and any other fees and charges, and any cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other type of refund.

General terms and conditions  

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party. 
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record. 
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers. 
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.  
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services. 
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
