Remarks:

  1. You may receive a consultation and health assessment prior to the service at the Wellness Center, 4th Floor, Thainakarin Hospital.
  2. The program price includes physician fees and hospital service charges as determined by the hospital. If any abnormalities are detected and additional diagnosis or treatment is required, additional charges will apply at the hospital’s standard rates.
  3. This program is valid for services at the Outpatient Department (OPD) only and cannot be used for services in the Inpatient Department (IPD).
  4. This program is available for Thai nationals and expatriates who have resided in Thailand for more than 1 year and are working in Thailand or married to a Thai spouse.
  5. This program cannot be used in conjunction with insurance coverage, corporate billing agreements, or any other benefits not specified by the hospital.
  6. The program is strictly for the registered user only throughout the validity period and is non-transferable under all circumstances.
  7. This promotional program cannot be combined with other discounts. The hospital reserves the right to charge according to the program price if the program is not completed or if certain tests are declined. The program cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted with other services.
  8. For programs purchased through the online channel (website), the receipt will be issued on the date the service is received and will be issued under the name of the service recipient only.
  9. The hospital reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Redeem KTC FOREVER points for 13% cash back at hospital and clinic nationwide

When spend every 1,000 baht / sales slip and use every 1,000 KTC FOREVER points for 130 baht cash back.

How to Receive the Privilege:

Register via SMS by Text ACC, followed by a space and your 16-digit credit card number, then send to 061 384 5000 (SMS charges depend on your mobile network provider). You must receive a confirmation message indicating successful registration for it to be considered complete. Alternatively, you may register online.



Register once on the date of your spending to be eligible for the privilege throughout the campaign period.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

  1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 1 January 2026 - 31 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.   
  2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
  3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text HOP , <space> following by 16-digit credit card number and follow with # the amount of KTC FOREVER points to redeem and send to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at https://www.ktc.co.th/promotion/health-beauty/hospital/cashback , within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
  4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
  5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately. 
  6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
  7. Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to redeem1,000 KTC Points for cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
  8. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
  9. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month/Promotion (as the case maybe).


"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

  1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
  2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
  3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
  4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
  5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
