How to use the discount code:
• Make an appointment in advance by calling 02 022 2222 or via LINE @Samitivej.
• Attend your appointment as scheduled and inform the nurse to claim your privilege before receiving the service.
• Download, register, and connect your health data with Samitivej through the Well by Samitivej application.
• Pay through the application and enter the discount code SMVxKTC on the payment page.
Terms and Conditions of the Discount Code:
• Applicable only to patients bringing a smartwatch or smart ring for consultation at the Samitivej Wearable Clinic.
• Valid for self-pay patients only, receiving services at Samitivej Sukhumvit or Samitivej Srinakarin Hospitals.
• The code provides a THB 800 discount on the consultation fee (hospital service fees not included).
• Limited to 500 redemptions, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The discount code cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other codes or promotions.
• Samitivej Hospital reserves the right to cancel any ineligible redemptions and to modify the promotion terms without prior notice.
• In case of any disputes, the decision of Samitivej Hospital is final.
