Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption via KTC Mobile App

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of  KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) with KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and have registered to KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile app”) according to promotion period and specified conditions only.
2. The following credit cards are not eligible for this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK cards, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all types of KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS cards, all types of KTC VISA COMMERCIAL, all types of KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. Cardmember can redeem 1 KTC Points for Let’s Relax Spa e-Coupon 10% discount on all services via KTC Mobile App according to the specified terms and conditions.
4. Cardmembers’ points and credit limit will be automatically deducted from cardmembers' credit card accounts used for redemption in the specified amount.
5. KTC reserves the right to only offer privileges in this promotion to cardmembers with sufficient points and credit limit in the amount specified for points redemption. Cardmembers are not eligible to participate in this promotion if they do not have sufficient points and credit limit.
6. KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 transaction only and multiple transaction cannot be combined for redemption. If there is any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
7. The cardmembers must press used e-Coupon within 15 days from the day you redeemed e-Coupon. In case of the redeemed e-Coupon is not claimed as specified conditions, KTC reserves the right not to compensate the disclaim of this redeemed e-Coupon to cardmember in all cases.

0.5% Credit cash back terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at Let’s Relax Spa under the MCC Beauty categories 5698, 7230, 7297, 7298, 8011 and 8099 (“Participating Stores”) 1 July 2025 – 31 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC- THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text BWC, <space> followed by 16 digits of credit card number to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at  www.ktc.co.th/wellnessmax one-time registration per one credit card number before or within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. Cardmembers will get cash back credited to their card account for 0.5% on every card spending.
6. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate credit cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
7. The 0.5% cash back in this program will not be credited if the full payment is converted to a self-payment installment, which incurs an interest rate of 0.74% per month, even if you have registered for the cash back special privilege under this program.
8. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
9. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the last day of each spending month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month.
10. Cardmembers will not receive any KTC points from card spending under this Promotion. In the case where any KTC points credited to Cardmembers’ card account, Cardmembers cannot use such KTC points. In this regard, those KTC points will be deducted from Cardmembers’ card account on the day Cardmembers receive credit cash back credit. If KTC is unable to deduct the said KTC points from Cardmembers’ card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit all eligible credit cash back to such Cardmembers.

KTC FOREVER points for 12% Credit cash back redemption terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at Let’s Relax Spa under the MCC Beauty categories 5698, 7230, 7297, 7298, 8011 and 8099 (“Participating Stores”) 1 July 2025 – 31 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only
2. The following cards are not eligible for this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC- THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text BWP, <space> followed by 16 digits of credit card number and follow with # the amount of KTC Points to redeem and send to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at   www.ktc.co.th/wellnessmax Register every time for points redemption within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
4. If members register or participate in the program beyond the limit, KTC will only acknowledge registrations with the highest specified number of points.
5. In case of the KTC Points is less than the amount in sales slip, KTC reserves the right to convert the point into credit cash back that divided by 1,000 into a full number only.
6. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
7. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate credit cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
8. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
9. Cardmembers, who spend on card every 1,000 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to redeem every 1,000 Points for 12% for credit cash back in accordance with the specified terms and conditions
10. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the last day of each spending month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
