Terms and Conditions for the "Redeem KTC FOREVER Points for Cash Back" Program

1. This promotion ("Promotion") is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer privileges to KTC credit card members ("Members") who have KTC FOREVER Points ("Points") and spend with their cards between September 1, 2025, and January 5, 2026 ("Promotion Period"), subject to the specified terms and conditions.
2. KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit cards of all types, KTC CASH BACK credit cards of all types, KTC - National Blood Center, Thai Red Cross Society, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC cards for government agencies, and KTC PROUD cash cards are excluded from this promotion.
3. Members must register via SMS by typing LGS followed by a space, followed by their 16-digit card number, and the # symbol, followed by their card number, to 0613845000 (SMS service fees depend on your network provider). Alternatively, register via the website ktc.promo/lgsubscription Members must receive a confirmation message from KTC to be eligible to participate in this program.
4. If a member registers for the program more than once, KTC will consider only the first successful registration.
5. If a member cancels their participating card for any reason, KTC will assume that they have waived their right to participate in this program.
6. Members who have spent through their card to pay for their monthly subscription can redeem points for cash back according to the specified terms and conditions.
7. Only one sales slip is required for payment of goods/services. Multiple sales slips cannot be used to qualify for this program.
8. KTC will credit cash back to the member's card account within 60 days from the last day of each calendar month. KTC will calculate spending from the first day of successful registration to the last day of the month/program.
9. Register only once for the entire program and receive cash back for all transactions for 6 months, starting from the month of successful registration. KTC will deduct KTC FOREVER points equal to the subscription payment amount and credit the cash back to the member's card account within 60 days from the last day of the month in which the payment was made. If in any billing cycle there is no payment amount or points cannot be deducted, KTC will not grant the cash back credit for that month.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
