Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Discount

1. This promotional item (“this item”) is created by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide benefits to members of KTC credit cards (“ members”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“Points”) and spend with the card at participating stores. During the period 1 May 2025 - 31 Jul 2025 (“Program Period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. Reserves the right to exclude members of all types of KTC CASH BACK credit cards, KTC - National Blood Center, Thai Red Cross Society, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC cards for government agencies and KTC PROUD. Unable to participate in this program
3. Members who spend with the card from 1,000 baht or more per sales slip. You can use 1,000 points or more to redeem.Redeem points not exceeding the product price. The discount is calculated from the number of points redeemed for the purchase of that product/service according to the specified conditions.
4. Calculating the number of points to redeem according to this program. If the spending amount per sales slip has a fraction of a penny KTC will round up to baht.
5. Discounts that members receive from this program Can be used as an additional discount on the product price after deducting all types of discounts.
6. Total payment for goods/services such as gift vouchers, gift cards, alcoholic beverages, drugs, and products in rented areas or rented stores. Unable to participate in this program
7. Reserves the right to pay for products/services per 1 sales slip only. and cannot separate spending amounts into multiple sales slips to receive rights under this program
8. Reserves the right to use points to redeem discounts according to this program only 1 time per sales slip per day throughout the program period.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
