Terms and Conditions for Cash Back (By Tier) for Installment Payment

  1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (Cardmembers”) who make 0% interest card installment payment (“0% Installment Payment”) at Index Livingmall participating stores during 12 Feb 26  to 31 Mar 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
  2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and KTC PROUD.
  3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully on the day of Card transaction has been made by sending a SMS, text FNF, <space> followed by 16-digit credit card number followed by # symbol and the amount spent per sales slip. sent to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider)or by registering at KTC before or within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC
  4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.

  2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
  3. These privileges are reserved for the installment payment of specific participating goods/services as specified by this terms and conditions only.

 

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption via KTC Mobile App

  1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC) to provide benefits to KTC cardholders (“Members”) who are registered on the KTC Mobile App and use the e-Coupon at all Index Living Mall branches during 12 Feb 26  to 31 Mar 26 (“Promotion Period”) under the specified terms and conditions.
  2. Please notify the staff and redeem the e-Coupon in their presence. Vouchers generated from screenshots or photos of phone or computer screens will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  3. The e-Coupon can be used for purchases at all Index Living Mall branches, excluding rental shops, and is applicable only to JOY CARD members (JOY CARD membership can be applied for at the customer service counter at any Index Living Mall branch).
  4. Receive a 500 THB discount for a minimum purchase of 1,000 THB or more and Receive a 2,000 THB discount for a minimum purchase of 4,000 THB or more. The remaining balance exceeding the value of the e-Coupon must be paid using a KTC credit card, with options for both full payment or installment plans.
  5. The e-Coupon is valid until Jun 30 ,2026
  6. The e-Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or given as change.
