Terms and Conditions for Complimentary Gift (Starbucks card)

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at Baanlaesuan Fair  during 20 Jun 26 - 28 Jun 26  (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. Except for members of all types of KTC CASH BACK credit cards, KTC - National Blood Center, Thai Red Cross Society, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC cards for government agencies. and KTC PROUD ready-to-use credit cards cannot participate in this program.
3. Members can bring sales slips. Come contact to receive a Starbucks card according to the specified conditions at the KTC booth at the event and within the day that members have spent with the card. according to specified conditions only
4. Limit Starbucks card redemption 1 redemptions per card per day  and a total maximum of 10,800 THB per card throughout the entire campaign.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at Baanlaesuan during 20 Jun 26 - 28 Jun 26  “Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.   
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and  KTC PROUD
3. Members who have spent with their cards at the event can use points. Redeem for cash back credit according to specified conditions.
4. Members must register. and redeem points only at the KTC booth within the event will have the right to participate in this program
5. In the case of members registering to participate in the program with more than 1 card, KTC will consider the spending amount separately for each card. To calculate the cash back credit into the card account
6. If the member cancels the card who participate in the program for any reason KTC will consider that the member has waived the right to participate in this program.
7. Calculation of the number of points to redeem according to this program. If the spending amount per sales slip has a fraction of a penny KTC will round up to baht.
8. KTC will credit the cash back into the member's card account on the next day from the date of the points redemption transaction.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion.
