Terms and Conditions for e-Coupon Redemption via KTC Mobile App
- Members can redeem 1 KTC FOREVER point for a 500 Baht discount coupon, valid for a minimum purchase of 3,000 Baht
- Members can redeem 1 KTC FOREVER point for a 2,000 Baht discount coupon, valid for a minimum purchase of 10,000 Baht
on furniture and home decor products at IKEA Bangna, IKEA Bang Yai, IKEA Sukhumvit, IKEA Phuket, and IKEA Chiang Mai only (excluding online purchases and other IKEA services such as sewing, furniture installation and assembly, and delivery). This offer is available to IKEA Family members from September 21, 2026, to October 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”), or until the coupons run out.
The coupon expires on 31 October 2026.
- This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, or KTC, to offer privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“Members”) who hold cards that earn KTC FOREVER points (“Points”) and have registered to use the KTC Mobile application (“KTC Mobile App”) within the specified campaign period and conditions.
- Holders of the following KTC credit card types are excluded from this Campaign: all KTC CASH BACK card types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, all KTC - ROYAL ORCHID PLUS card types, all KTC VISA COMMERCIAL card types, all KTC VISA CORPORATE card types, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES cards.
- The required Points and credit limit will be automatically deducted from the card account used for the redemption.
- This Campaign is reserved exclusively for Members who possess sufficient Points and available credit limit for the specified redemption amount. Members with insufficient Points or credit limit are ineligible to participate in this Campaign.
- Discount coupon redemption is limited to a maximum of 1 coupons per cardmember per month.
- Once the KTC FOREVER point redemption transaction is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed, and Points cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

- This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/ UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who have registered to KTC Mobile Application and use e-Coupon at participating stores during 21 Sep 26 - 31 Oct 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
- Please notify staff and press redeem to use e-Coupon in front of staff to receive the privilege.
- KTC reserves the right to reject any e-Coupon code from screen capturing on mobile phone or computer or photos in all circumstances.
- The redemption of e-Coupon hereunder is up to 1 e-Coupon code per 1 transaction per sales slip.
"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
- Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
- Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
- Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
