Terms and Conditions for x10 KTC Points
- This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER ("KTC Points") and spend on card at STILL Sukhumvit 20 participating during 1 May 26 - 31 Jul 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
- The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE , KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTCProud and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
- Eligible card members are required to register by providing their information at the point of sale prior to making payment.
- If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered Card, for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
- Cardmembers who spend on card at STILL Sukhumvit 20 , will earn extra X10 KTC Points/unit , into their card account in accordance to the specified terms and conditions.
- The type of rewards (KTC FOREVER points or KTC ROP miles) depends on the card type used for the transaction.
- KTC will credit Extra KTC Points to Cardmembers’ card account within 60 days from the last day of the month in which the ownership transfer is completed.
- This promotion is applicable to full-payment transactions.
Terms and Conditions for Cash Back
- This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at STILL Sukhumvit 20 during 1 May 26 - 31 Jul 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
- The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
- THB 600,000 cash back per unit will be granted for qualified spending via KTC Credit Card, with a minimum booking payment of THB 500,000 per sales slip, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified by STILL Sukhumvit 20.
- The cash back will be issued within 45 days following the transfer of ownership.
"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
- Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
- Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
- KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
- KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
- Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
