Terms and Conditions (Privilege 2)

This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Best Western Hotels & Resorts in Thailand that participate in this promotion during 1 September 2019 – 30 November 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES and KTC PROUD cash card.
The cardmembers who want to participate in Step 2 under this promotion are required to make a one-time registration at www.ktc.co.th/bestwestern . In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration via the mentioned email in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
If the registration has been processed with the same card more than 1 time, KTC will consider the first successful registration made for each cardmember only.
The first 100 Best Western Rewards cardmembers/month who spend minimum 2,000 Baht up/ sales slip at Best Western Hotels & Resorts in Thailand that participate in this promotion will receive Best Western Travel Card. The privilege is limited for 1 right/ 1 person/ 1 month.
The cardmembers will receive Best Western Travel Card as a credit valued 25 USD via Best Western Rewards electronic membership account within 30 days after the last day of promotion period.
The first 100 cardmembers/month who get Best Western Travel Card will get 2% cash back when spending with KTC Best Western Platinum Master Card credit card only. KTC reserves the right to limit maximum cash back to 500 Baht/person/month and to not give normal KTC FOREVER points to the spending amount with KTC credit card.
KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’ credit card account under this promotion within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
