VALA Hua Hin - Nu Chapter Hotels Promotion with KTC credit cards

1. An additional fee of 500 THB per room per night applies for Friday stays, and 1,000 THB per room per night for Saturday stays.
2. During long weekends: 11, 12, and 13 October 2024 / 05, 06, 07, 08, and 09 December 2024 / Other holidays as announced by the government, an additional fee of 2,000 THB per room per night applies.
3. A fee of 1,500 THB per dog per night applies, with a maximum of 2 dogs per room (Deluxe Room & Pool Villa Garden only).
4. Breakfast for children aged 4-11 is 380 THB per day per child.
5. For the 3rd adult or children aged 12 and above, an extra bed (including breakfast) is available for 2,354 THB per day per person.
6. The rates include taxes, and service charges.
7. The rate cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions or packages.
8. The rate is fully pre-payment and non-refundable.
9. The guest’s name must be matched with the KTC card holder, and the ID card must be presented at check-in.
10. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations at our discretion without the need to justify such a refusal. The hotel shall not assume responsibility or liability for any such inaccuracies or errors and shall have no obligation to honor bookings. The hotel has the right to cancel any illegitimate reservations found to be made, including without limitation, reselling, or posting on third-party websites, or making speculative, false or fraudulent reservations. Any misuse of the system intentionally or unintentionally will result in the cancellation of the booking.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
