Get 2.5% Cashback on the First-Year Premium Payment for the WORLDCLASS LEGACY 99/5 Plan with Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance via KTC VISA Credit Card

1. This promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (“KTC”) and is available exclusively to eligible KTC VISA Credit Cardmembers (“Cardmembers”) who pay the first-year premium of “Worldclass Legacy 99/5 with returns based on the reference index (Index‑Linked)” issued by Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance Public Company Limited (“Krungthai-AXA Life”) during 15 June 2026 – 31 July 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
2. Eligible spending is limited to a single transaction of THB 200,000 or more for the first-year premium payment of Worldclass Legacy 99/5 with returns based on the reference index (Index‑Linked) charged to a KTC VISA Credit Card. Installment transactions, premiums for other insurance products, interest charges, fees, penalties, reversed transactions, refunds, and any other credits are excluded from cashback calculation.
3. KTC VISA Credit Cardmembers will receive 2.5% cashback on eligible spending, subject to a maximum cashback of THB 30,000 per Cardmember throughout the Promotion Period.
4. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA Corporate Cards, KTC Thai Red Cross National Blood Centre Credit Cards, All KTC CASH BACK Credit Cards, All KTC SENIOR Credit Cards, KTC Government Agency Credit Cards, All KTC SCG VISA PURCHASING, All KTC CPAC, All KTC VISA SME COMMERCIAL, KTC Mastercard Credit Cards, KTC JCB Credit Cards, KTC UnionPay Credit Cards, KTC กล้วย กล้วย and All KTC PROUD Cash Cards.
5. To participate, Cardmembers must register via SMS by sending: KVL [space] 16-digit card number # transaction amount to 0613845000 (SMS charges depend on the service provider), or register online through channels specified by KTC. Registration must be completed on or before the date of the eligible transaction. A confirmation message from KTC is required for successful participation.
6. KTC will process eligible transactions in two periods: Round 1: Transactions and registrations from 15 June 2026 – 30 June 2026 and Round 2: Transactions and registrations from 1 July 2026 – 31 July 2026. Cashback will be credited to the Cardmember’s account within 60 days after the closing date of each processing period.
7. In the event that the Cardmembers successfully registers insurance premium spending amount under this program to receive cashback credit benefits and meets all the eligibility criteria for cashback credit under this program, if the Cardmembers also uses the same insurance premium spending amount under this same program to register any other promotion — whether before or after registering for this program — the Cardmembers will not be entitled to benefits under any other promotion. KTC will deem that the Cardmembers has requested benefits exclusively under this program and has consented to the cancellation of all benefit requests under any other promotions. Furthermore, in the event that KTC's review finds that the Cardmember who has registered for this program does not meet the eligibility criteria for cashback credit benefits, the Cardmember will not be entitled to revert to claiming benefits under any other promotions whatsoever.
8. Eligible spending under this Promotion will not earn KTC reward points. Any points automatically awarded for the eligible transaction will be deducted from the Cardmember’s account on the same date the cashback is credited. If KTC is unable to deduct such points, KTC reserves the right to withhold the cashback benefit.
9. Benefits under this Promotion are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
10. Insurance underwriting approval and coverage are subject to the terms, conditions, and underwriting criteria of Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance Public Company Limited.
11. KTC reserves the right to cancel, revoke, recover, or reclaim any benefits granted under this Promotion, in whole or in part, and to seek compensation for damages (if any) in cases of fraud, abuse, misconduct, violation of these Terms and Conditions, cancellation of eligible transactions, or cancellation of the insurance policy after benefits have been granted.
12. Benefits will be granted only to Cardmembers whose accounts remain active, in good standing, and free from payment defaults throughout the Promotion Period until the cashback is credited.
13. KTC reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate any details, terms, conditions, or benefits of this Promotion without prior notice. KTC’s decision in all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
