1. This promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, or KTC, to offerbenefits to KTC credit cardmembers (“Members”) who agree to pay the premium for the TIPlife Smart Pension 90/2 endowment insurance plan from Dhipaya Life Assurance Public Company Limited via the designatedonline channel (https://sales.dhipayalife.co.th/ViewProduct/129174ed7ae7e8fcd28a4810d62fb878) using aKTC credit card (“Card”) during the period of 15 October 2026 – 31 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”),subject to the specified conditions.​
2. Holders of KTC VISA CORPORATE credit cards, KTC cards for government agencies, and all types of KTCPROUD cards are excluded from this promotion.​
3. The privilege is limited to one Lotus’s Gift Card per insurance policy per customer. Premiums from otherinsurance policies cannot be combined to claim the reward.​
4. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or transferred to otherpersons.​
5. Dhipaya Life Assurance Public Company Limited will deliver the Lotus’s Gift Card to the KTC creditcardmember via postal mail to the address specified in the insurance application (following successfulpremium payment). The Lotus’s Gift Card will be delivered within 45 days after the end of the promotion period.
6. The insured has the right to cancel the life insurance policy (Free Look Period) within 15 days from the date ofreceipt of the policy; the right to receive the reward is forfeited if the applicant exercises this cancellation right.​

Terms and Conditions for Lotus’s Gift Cards​

1. This gift card can be used to purchase merchandise at any Lotus’s store, excluding thefollowing: alcoholic beverages, cigarettes and tobacco products, food courts, bill payments,service fees, all types of top-up cards, other gift cards, Lotus’s online shopping, and shopslocated in Lotus’s rental areas.​
2. This gift card cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash; values ​​cannot betransferred or combined between cards; and it cannot be used to purchase or top up otherLotus’s gift cards.​
3. This gift card can be used in conjunction with cash and/or credit card payments.​
4. The Company reserves the right regarding the acceptance, return, or cancellation of the giftcard and will not provide compensation for damages, alterations, or loss of the card.​
5. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.​
