2. KTC reserves the right to exclude holders of KTC VISA CORPORATE credit cards, KTC cards forgovernment agencies, and all types of KTC PROUD cards from participating in this promotion.​
3. The right to receive the reward—one Lotus’s Gift Card—is limited to one card per insurance policyper customer. Premiums from other insurance policies cannot be combined to qualify for the reward.​
4. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, nor can the right betransferred to another person.​
5. Dhipaya Life Assurance Public Company Limited will deliver the Lotus’s Gift Card to the KTC creditcardmember via postal mail to the address specified in the insurance application (following successfulpremium payment). 6. The insured has the right to cancel the life insurance policy (Free Look Period) within 15 days fromthe date of receipt of the policy; the right to receive the reward is forfeited if the applicant exercises thiscancellation right.​

1. This gift card can be used to purchase merchandise at any Lotus’s store, excluding thefollowing: alcoholic beverages, cigarettes and tobacco products, food courts, bill payments,service fees, all types of top-up cards, other gift cards, Lotus’s online shopping, and shopslocated in Lotus’s rental areas.​
2. This gift card cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash; values ​​cannot betransferred or combined between cards; and it cannot be used to purchase or top up otherLotus’s gift cards.​
3. This gift card can be used in conjunction with cash and/or credit card payments.​
4. The Company reserves the right regarding the acceptance, return, or cancellation of the giftcard and will not provide compensation for damages, alterations, or loss of the card.​
