1. This promotion ("List"), Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC is created to provide benefits to KTC credit card members who pay for the first year life insurance premiums with Krungthai-Ak Company. Za Life Insurance Public Company Limited (“Krungthai-AXA”) with KTC credit cards (“Card”) during the period from 1 January 2026 – 31 December 2026 (“program period”) only.

3. Cardmembers participating in this program will receive all types of points as usual.

Terms and conditions of installment service with KTC credit cards for up to a maximum of 10 months with special interest rate of 0% - 0.74% per month at participating stores.

1. Members of KTC VISA / MASTERCARD / JCB / UNIONPAY credit cards can use the installment service with a 0% interest rate exclusively for products participating in the 0% installment promotional campaign, subject to specified conditions. This service can be used within the remaining credit limit at the time of product purchase.
2. The minimum transaction amount for the installment service will be determined by the conditions of each promotional campaign.
3. For products not included in the 0% installment promotional campaign, Cardmembers can use the installment service with an special interest rate of month (Flat Rate), with a choice of installment periods ranging from 3 to 10 months. The conversion of the Flat Rate into the equivalent Effective Rate is as follows:

Terms and Conditions for receive Starbucks e-Coupons with a total value of up to 1,000 baht

1. This promotion (“Program”) is organized by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide privileges exclusively to applicants for new primary KTC credit cards (“Card”) via Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance (“KTAXA”) or other channels as specified during 1 April 2026 – 31 December 2026 (“Program Period”), with card approval by 15 January 2027 and spending as specified.
2. Conditions for receiving privileges under this program
   1)  Receive a Starbucks e-Coupon worth a total of 500 baht (5 pieces at 100 baht each) when spending via the card for 3 or more transactions within 30 days from the date of card approval or
   2)  Receive a Starbucks e-Coupon worth a total of 1,000 baht (10 pieces at 100 baht each) when spending via the card for 3 or more transactions within 30 days from the date of card approval With at least 1 Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance premium payment (MCC 6300) and a total accumulated amount of 50,000 baht or more (if a member has already received the benefits under this clause, they will no longer be entitled to the benefits under clause 3)  Members will receive an e-Coupon via the KTC Mobile app within 60 days from the last day of the month in which the specified conditions are met. The e-Coupon will be valid for 30 days from the date of receipt.
   4)  Limited to 1 privilege per member only throughout the program period.
3. The privileges under this program are only for new primary card applicants as follows:
   • Never been a primary card member of any type of KTC credit card
   • Previously a primary card member of a KTC credit card but cancelled the card more than 24 months ago
   • Currently a supplementary card member of a KTC credit card
   • A member of a KTC PROUD cash card and/or any type of KTC personal loan
4. Excluding the following credit card applications: Unable to receive the benefits under this program
   •  All types of KTC CASH BACK credit cards, KTC - National Blood Center, Thai Red Cross Society, KTC VISA CORPORATE, all types of KTC SENIOR, KTC for government agencies and KTC VISA

5. 6. Benefits under this program Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

Terms and Conditions of Starbucks e-Coupon:

1. Can be used to purchase any type of product at all Starbucks stores in Thailand only.
2. Cannot be used to top up Starbucks cards and customers will not receive Starbucks® Rewards benefits / cannot be exchanged for cash / cannot be used if it is a copy.
3. Cannot use the rights from the copied image coupon in any case.
4. This e-Coupon must be used up at once. The remaining value in the e-Coupon cannot be stored for future use.
5. Customers can pay with a maximum of 15 e-Coupons per 1 receipt.
6. After confirming the use of the coupon, if it is not used according to the specified conditions, it will be considered a waiver of rights and the company reserves the right not to compensate in any case.
7. Other terms and conditions of use of e-Coupons will be as determined by Starbucks Coffee (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
