Terms and Conditions for Using a KTC Credit Card to Pay for KTAM RMF Funds

1. The credit card holder and the name on the unit holder account must be the same person.
2. Purchasing KTAM RMF fund units with a credit card, if redeemed/transferred, will violate the terms and conditions set by Krungthai Asset Management* and result in the remaining balance being less than the amount purchased with the credit card. Investors are subject to a penalty of 2% (excluding VAT) with a minimum of 200 baht for transactions made via credit card, applicable only to the portion invested via credit card.
   *Krung Thai Asset Management's terms and conditions are as follows:
   • For RMFs, units must be held for 5 years (calculated day-to-day) or meet the holding period requirements as stipulated by the Revenue Department.
   • For transferring RMFs to another asset management company, the remaining balance must exceed the amount purchased via credit card.
   Note: The holding period specified by the company is not related to the holding period requirements for tax benefits as determined by the Revenue Department.
3. Payment for the purchase of investment units is subject to the available credit card limit. If your credit card account has insufficient funds, this order will be automatically canceled. Therefore, please check your remaining credit card limit before making any purchase. 3. You can contact the phone number on the back of your credit card.
4. Cardholders/customers waive the right to claim damages from Krungthai Asset Management or KTC that may arise from electronic system malfunctions of Krungthai Asset Management or KTC, or problems with the credit card status that may prevent KTC from deducting money from the credit card account as ordered.
5. You will not receive points from purchasing funds (or possibly in other forms such as frequent flyer miles or cashback) from KTC, in order to comply with the regulations of the SEC/Association of Investment Management Companies.
6. Krungthai Asset Management and KTC reserve the right to change these terms and conditions of service. Without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions for Redeeming KTC FOREVER Points to Pay for KTAM RMF Funds

1. Payment for KTAM RMF fund units using KTC FOREVER points is reserved exclusively for KTC credit cards with KTC FOREVER points. Excluding all types of KTC Cash Back credit cards, KTC National Blood Center Thai Red Cross Society credit cards, KTC VISA CORPORATE credit cards, KTC cards for government agencies, KTC VISA SME COMMERCIAL credit cards, and KTC PROUD cash cards.
2. Redeem KTC FOREVER points at a rate of 1,000 points equals 100 baht of investment.
3. The minimum amount for KTC FOREVER point redemption depends on the minimum fund purchase amount as specified in the prospectus.
4. Payment for fund units using points redemption is subject to the available credit card points. If your credit card account has insufficient points, this order will be automatically canceled. Therefore, cardholders/customers should check their remaining points every time before making a purchase.
5. Cardholders/customers... I waive the right to claim damages from Krung Thai Asset Management or KTC for any losses that may arise from electronic system malfunctions of Krung Thai Asset Management or KTC, or problems with the card status that may prevent KTC from deducting points from the credit card account as ordered.

Conditions for conducting fund transactions via the internet using a credit card:

1. Online fund purchases, sales, or switching may not be completed in the event of technical malfunctions.
2. You can view the summary prospectus containing important information that investors should know under the "Fund Information" section. For the full prospectus containing project information, investors can obtain it from Krung Thai Asset Management and all Krung Thai Bank branches. or at any sales support representative's office.
3. You can buy, sell, or switch investment units 24 hours a day, seven days a week, subject to the following conditions:
   3.1. Internet transactions will use the system time as shown.
   3.2. Transactions made outside of business hours on any business day, or on holidays, or temporary holidays for buying/selling/redeeming investment units, such as book closure days, will be held and processed on the next business day.
   3.3. If Krungthai Asset Management is unable to deduct the investment unit purchase fee from your specified deposit account or credit card, Krungthai Asset Management reserves the right to cancel that investment unit purchase transaction, and you agree to waive any claim for damages arising from Krungthai Asset Management's actions.
   3.4. Once Krungthai Asset Management receives payment for any investment unit purchase, it cannot be changed or canceled.
   3.5. Changes to the terms and conditions or additional details of redemption or fund switching transactions will take effect on the transaction date. 1. The transaction must be completed by 3:30 PM (this depends on the order closing time of either the originating or receiving fund, whichever closes earlier).
4. Investing is not a deposit and carries investment risks. Investors may receive more or less than their initial investment, and may not receive redemption payments within the specified period or may not be able to redeem units as ordered.
