PA Koom Sure

1. This promotional offer (“Offer”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC) to KTC credit card members (“Members”) who pay insurance premiums of Generali Insurance Public Company Limited on participating products through designated online channels using their KTC credit card (“Card”) between August 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027 (“Offer Period”), subject to the specified terms and conditions only. 
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude KTC VISA CORPORATE credit card members, KTC-National Blood Centre, Thai Red Cross Society, KTC cards for government agencies, and all types of KTC PROUD cash cards from participating in this offer.  
3. This special offer is only for the payment of the first year's insurance premium on participating products through the designated online channels.  
4. The right to receive an e-Voucher is limited to 1 entitlement per 1 policy, calculated from the net insurance premium after deduction of discounts. 
5. KTC credit card members who are eligible to receive an e-Voucher must download and register on the GEN 365 application or have an existing registered account.  
6. The use of promotional codes to receive e-vouchers is subject to the terms and conditions set by Generali Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited.  
   - PA Insurance: Eligible KTC credit card members will receive a promotional code via SMS within 60 days after successful payment of the first year's premium and after the Free Look period has expired. 
7. e-vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or converted into other benefits.  
8. The validity period and terms and conditions of using the e-voucher are as specified by the e-voucher issuer.  
9. Other conditions not specified in this list shall be as specified by Generali. Please check the terms and conditions before purchasing goods/services. 

General terms and conditions 

1.  The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party. 
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record. 
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers. 
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion. 
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
