Remarks:
• All KTC Visa Cardmember can request AXA travel insurance one time per month and per ID card/passport and 2 times per year.
• To be eligible for the next redemption, KTC Visa Cardmember must have an accumulated spending overseas on the activated card during the travel period at least:
    - KTC VISA CLASSIC, KTC VISA Gold at least THB 10,000 Baht.
    - KTC VISA PLATINUM, KTC VISA SIGNATURE, KTC VISA INFINITE at least THB 20,000.
• The Insured must redeem insurance before travel.
• Register minimum 1 working day prior to travel date via www.axa.co.th/visa
• Travel Insurance Policy will be sent to your email.

Details and Conditions

  1. Special Privilege for all KTC VISA cardmember FREE Travel insurance from AXA up to 10 days.
  2. Limit for all KTC VISA cardmember who are 1 - 74 years old and for eligible Visa cards that are issued in Thailand.
  3. The company reserves the right to issue a travel insurance policy to a Thai citizen, or a foreigner with a proof of permanent resident in Thailand, or with a proof of physical address in Thailand.
  4. The policy will not cover any loss, injury, damage, or legal liability arising directly or indirectly from travel in, to, or through Afghanistan, Belarus, Crimea (Including Sevastopol), Cuba, Iran, Nepal (Only areas higher than 1,500 m. above sea level), North Korea, Russia, Syria, Myanmar, Venezuela, Ukrainian Regions of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia, and the sanctioned countries declared by the United Nations (UN) or the trade or economic sanctions, laws or regulations of the European Union, United Kingdom or United States of America.
  5. All KTC VISA cardmember can request AXA travel insurance one time per month and per ID card/passport and 2 times per year. The limit will be counted by the start date of travel insurance policy initiated to cardholder.
  6. To be eligible for the next redemption, all KTC VISA cardmember must have an accumulated spending overseas on the activated card during the travel period at least: KTC VISA CLASSIC, KTC VISA GOLD 10,000 Baht and KTC VISA PLATINUM, KTC VISA SIGNATURE, KTC VISA INFINITE 20,000 Baht.
  7. The company reserve the right to cancel the policy for all KTC VISA cardmember who redeems but did not meet the card spending requirements.
  8. Card name and ID card/Passport (Name, Surname) must be the same person.
  9. After the travel insurance policy is issued, cardholder cannot adjust the travel date or cancel the policy.
  10. To ensure trip have to start from/end Thailand only.
  11. The Insured must redeem insurance before travel. The Company will not cover damage arise from any event that already anticipated at the point of redemption.
