TIP Lady

1. This promotional item (“Promotion”) is created by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to provide benefits to KTC credit card members (“Member”) who agree to purchase TIP Lady car insurance from Dhipaya Insurance PCL. through designated online channels. with KTC credit card (“card”) within the period between 15 August 2025 – 31 December 2025 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. We reserve the right to exclude credit card members of KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC for government agencies. and KTC PROUD cash cards cannot participate in this program.
3. This special privilege is only for paying premiums for the first year. On participating products and through designated online channels only.
4. Dhipaya Insurance will deliver. The Lotus’s Gift Card has the following details:
   - Lotus’s Gift Card. The expiration date will appear on the face of the card. This cannot be changed. Dhipaya Insurance The gift will be sent by post. At the address specified by the customer within 30 - 45 business days after the end of the month of insurance purchase.
5. We reserve the right to use the 0% installment payment service with KTC card only for insurance premiums for products participating in the program with Dhipaya Insurance PCL. from 10,000 baht or more, only through designated online channels.
6. Other conditions that are not specified in this list shall be as specified by Dhipaya Insurance PCL. Please check the conditions before purchasing products/services.

General terms and conditions

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
